Slide Share can be used many different

ways in an educational setting. It is very

useful for students to use on projects.

Students can work on their power point

at home and edit other slides in the

group while they are at home. It is nice

that students do not have to be logged

into their student account and can save

the Power Point where others in the

group can add slides.

• In using differentiated instruction,

students are often placed into groups

based on interest, learning style, or

readiness. Students have little time to

work at the same time on a

collaborative project. When using

Slideshare, students can work at

different times on the same project.

Students can also work from, home,

school, or any location with internet

access.

Given the flexibility of Slide Share, it will be extremely useful when students are working in collaborative groups. Students will be able to work from anywhere there is internet access.

Students can also view previous projects that have been completed. This would allow the teacher to comment on previous work and students to review and make improvements on the current project.
