Sights of Düsseldorf
There are so many sights to see in this city. You can take a stroll along the River Rhein
promenade with lively bars and restaurants dotted along it, or take a tour up the Tower at
MedienHafen with its panoramic views of the city from the bar on the top platform, to taking
some time out to window shop at the world famous Koenigsallee and surrounding shopping
areas. There is plenty to keep you occupied when in Düsseldorf
Going out and dining in Düsseldorf
The so-called ‘Rhenish’ lust for living is infectious. One hub of entertainment is the old town
(Altstadt) with door after door providing visitors with apparently the longest bar in the world.
The variety of excellent restaurants and bistros in Düsseldorf is one of a kind. Whether
traditional, local or international such as French, German, Italian or Belgian, the variety of
style, quality and budget is extraordinary.
A new up and coming area of Düsseldorf is the MedienHafen (Media Harbour), a previously
dilapidated harbour, now redeveloped to reveal a modern and lively place with a diverse
mix of businesses interspersed with an increasing number of residential properties. The vibrant
gastronomic landscape adds to the creative atmosphere. Modern and upscale hotels in the
area also ensure a continuous influx of guests.
Please contact us if you would like further information on restaurants to dine at, or on
sourcing suitable venues for your meetings during the show.

You should also try to find a solution whilst you're there. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to our Events department giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. Please keep your letter concise and to the point. This will assist us to identify your concerns quickly and speed up our response to you. If you fail to follow this simple procedure we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint whilst you were in resort and this may affect your rights under this contract. Please bear in mind that we are only liable to compensate you in line with these booking conditions - in particular clause 9 above makes clear that our obligation is to choose the accommodation provider with reasonable skill and care. Any dispute or claim arising out of this contract that can't be settled between us can be referred by you to ABTA arbitration (see clause 14) or court. We agree that the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction and English law applies (unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you can bring proceedings in your local court under Scots or Northern Irish law, as applicable.)
