WARNER BROS

Warner is one of the 6 conglomerates. It is a subsidiary of

Warner Time and is one of the major film studios. Warner bros

has several subsidiary which include warner bros pictures,

entertainment, television, animations, interactive entertainment,

warner home videos, New Line Cinema, Castle Rock

Entrainment, DC entertainment and the former warner bros

television network that the CW television network own half of.

Warner bros is a American produce of film, television and music

entertainment, with the headquarters in California, New York

and Burbank. The industry was founded by the Warner family

which are Albert Harry, Sam, Jack Warner.

The warner bros film productions have filmed numbers of huge

films like the harry potter trilogy, Batman, Inception and The Matrix's.

The series of film that became very popular in is the Harry Potter

films. The films were distrusted by Warner bros pictures and were

produced by Heyday, which is a British film production company. The

Heyday films partnered up with warner pictures. As the Harry Potter

series were based on the novels J.K Rowling worked closely with the

directors making sure that the film was similar to the novel series.

Many audience would of started off as children, the same as the main

actors. This film would have been apart of many peoples lives,

watching the Harry Potter films. One of the reason why the film series

is so popular is because it’s apart of different genres.

Broadcasting and advertising

As the target audience are 11 years plus, they are most likely going to

start using social media websites like Facebook, Twitter and Youtube.

These website are commonly used as marketing methods. By posting Harry

Potter advertisements on websites, it allows the audience to get familiar

with film. By creating pages on social media websites, they update the

audience about everything, like clips and trailers.

The advertisements of Harry potter are posted everywhere like, on

buses, underground and taxis. By doing this it’s for the audience to miss the

advisement. In these locations are where the target audience are, which the

producers and the advertisement team had thought about.

Hello Kitty

There has been a big collaborations between DC comics and Warner

bros entertainment. DC entertainment and Sanrio, creator of Hello Kitty

will be creating a Hello Kitty doll dressing up in the DC comics

superheroes outfits such as Superman, Batman and Wonder Women. The

president, Warner Bros. Consumer Products said "This unique partnership

joins two powerhouse brands that have a universal popularity across a variety of

demographics and we know the collaboration will thrill fans of both properties.” This

will then create a bigger target audience as it’s targets the Hello Kitty fans

and also targets the DC comics fans/audience.

YouTube is a social media site that also people to share

videos online. The headquarters are based in California.

YouTube was found February 14th 2005 by three PayPal

employees Chad Hurley ,Steve Chen, and Jawed Karim.

This website has become the number one site for sharing

video, this site is also known as a video blog. Since late

2006 YouTube has parented up with google, these two site

are the biggest searching site and the most popular site. So

by them partnering up together it allows the website to be

the biggest searching engine in the world.
