Casement window.

Now architects, builders and homeowners seeking a passive solution can turn to a trusted

name for an American-made product. Marvin’s innovative passive window option combines the

beauty of warm wood interiors with exceptional performance, all backed by a century-old

heritage of quality and service.

“Windows are a key consideration in passive building design,” said Christine Marvin, director of

solutions.”

Marvin’s Ultimate Casement offers a 10-year warranty on parts and workmanship and 20 years

South, per the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) map. The Ultimate Casement is

available with tripane glass in a 1-3/8” profile or quad glazing with Heat Mirror® technology* in

a 1” profile.

To complement its passive building solutions, Marvin also offers an automated exterior shading

system that’s fully integrated, fully retractable and fully concealed. Unlike current exterior

shading systems, Marvin’s new patent-pending shading solution uses no bulky add-ons that

ruin the line of the windows from outside and block the view from inside. The smart technology

allows homeowners to preset the precise shading position for optimal energy management,

privacy, and mood.
