The Exhibit FloorOur shows feature a wide variety of wedding vendors for our wedding couples to meet and interact with. From invitations to honeymoon destinations and everything in between, you will find them all at our shows. We offer an open floor plan to allow our attendees the opportunity to move around as they are most comfortable. We choose not to have a forced “cattle call maze” pressuring attendees to keep moving forward. As an exhibitor in this type of a show, you may not see a potential client for an hour or more if you are not in the beginning of the show. Our open floor plan allows our guests the freedom to reach any booth without having to wait in what feels like an endless line before they finally find you.

Our company allows our exhibitors the quality time needed to have meaningful conversations with our attendees by not having a “passport/bingo” card for vendors to sign which puts attendees on the hunt for “prizes” instead of finding quality vendors for their wedding day.

The exhibit area is professionally pipe and draped. Black floor length linens and electricity are included at no extra charge as well as a complete attendee list via excel file is emailed to you no later than the Tuesday following the show for prompt follow up marketing.

The Fashion ShowOur attendees enjoy a beautiful fashion show featuring a variety of wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses and formalwear. We feature the latest designs from Vera Wang, David Tutera by Mon Cheri, Zach Posen, Allure, Madison James, Ike Behar, Joseph Abboud, and Perry Ellis to name but a few. We feature professional models that represent a variety of cultural backgrounds. We feature models of various sizes so every attendee can truly envision themselves on their wedding day. The emcee as well as the music chosen is fun and exciting. The show’s audio visual is the best in the Midwest.

Electricity: Each booth requiring electricity must be wired individually to meet all state fire and safety codes. Electricity must be ordered in advance. Cost is $55.00 per 20 amp circuit after the first complimentary 20 amp circuit which is included with your booth. Protocol: Loading area is for loading and unloading only. All displays must be professionally and tastefully finished and completed 30 minutes before doors open to the public. If an exhibitor arrives less than 30 minutes prior to the show start time, the exhibitor will not be permitted to setup or participate in the show. If this occurs, exhibitor will forfeit payment for the show. All property must be fireproof or flame retardant. Booth décor, lighting, activities, distributed materials and solicitations must be contained within your assigned space or showcase area. Music, noise and announcements must be kept at a minimum volume. Exhibitors will not combine, share or promote any other entity without written permission by event management. Event management reserves the right to remove any exhibitor for violations. x__________ initialTerms of Agreement: Exhibitor will not transfer or cancel any or all of its rights herein. Exhibitor agrees to all protocol terms as listed above. This agreement shall become null and void unless executed and received with initial deposit amount. Exhibitor warrants contractual authority and personally guarantees compensation for above terms. Deposit amounts are non-refundable. Exhibitor agrees to pay the balance on or before the due date: Balance is due 30 days before each show. If the account remains unpaid past the said due date and time in, an additional charge of $100.00 will be added to the bill along with a charge of 2% of the total bill per month the bill remains outstanding. Returned checks will be assessed a handling fee of $50.00. The above named agrees to pay for all attorney fees, costs, and court costs incurred in the collection of fees past due. Liability: Keith Christopher Entertainment / WCWS will not be held liable for any delays occurring from accidents, fire, or acts of God. Exhibitor must obtain and maintain adequate insurance at its expense during the event. Policies of insurance of the types and amounts no less than the minimum coverage necessary to adequately cover any claims that may arise out of exhibitor’s participation in the event described herein. Exhibitor will provide proof of insurance upon request. Such insurance will be considered primary of any insurance covered by KCE / WCWS. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KCE / WCWS it’s officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, employees and agents against any allegations, demands, claims, liability, damages, fines, penalties, or costs whatsoever and whether by reason of death or injury to any person, loss of or damage to property arising out of or in any way connected with exhibitor’s participation in the above described event.
