Ad spaces and prices:

Digi-Jahti is the new digital magazine of the Finnish Hunters’ Association.Digi-Jahti will be published three times in 2018, both in Finnish and Swedish:22. Mar | 5. Jun | 8. Nov

1. Home page ad: € 2,000 This ad will be visible once when the reader first enters the digijahti.fi site. Please send the ad both in the 980 × 400 px size and the 300 × 300 px size for the mobile version. File format: JPG, GIF, or PNG. Also please include the address of the site where you would want the ad to lead.

2. Advertorial: € 1,000 An advertorial is an ad page published inside the digital maga-zine that resembles a regular news article but differs slightly, for example, in typography and background color. There is also the term ”special promotional feature” floating on the page. When sending the material, please include the completed text, headline, and lead paragraph together with 1–2 images and your logo. The text should be between 2,500–5,000 characters. The link texts inside the text (e.g. .com, .net) will automatically turn into clickable links. Image size: at least 2000 × 2000 px (JPG). The max. logo size: 250 × 250 px (JPG or PNG).

3. Ad page: € 500 When sending the material, please provide us with the com-pleted ad including all the necessary text. Please send it as a 1,536 × 2,008 px portrait image. You can also include the land-scape version (2048 × 1496 px,) and the smaller zize (750 × 1334 px) for the mobile version. Also please include the address of the site where you would want the ad to lead.

Clients must cancel reserved advertising space at least a week before the deadline for submission of materials. If a client cancels their order later than this, the Finnish Hunters’ Association will charge 50% of the ad’s net price. Clients will be charged 100% of net price for any orders that are cancelled after the submission deadline.

Jahti-Jakt is a magazine published by the Finnish Hunters’ Association and distributed five times a year. Most of the readers are members of the Finnish Hunting Association and thus active hunters.

Jahti-Jakt magazine is a high-quality publication that is published at carefully planned points in time. One issue per year Jahtiuutiset (Hunting News) is printed in tabloid format on newspaper paper. It is published in September on the threshold of the big-game hunting season.

• February – annual meetings of hunting societies.• April – shooting range season, game management work.• August – the beginning of the new hunting season.• September – tabloid format newsletter, big-game issue before the start of moose hunting season.• December – winter competition season, wilderness events, snow conditions, Christmas.

Supplements and online advertising:Ask for an offer on a pull-out supple-ment. The prices for supplements are always negotiated separately. We can, for example, offer a four-page supplement in the centrefold of our tabloid layout newsletter. If necessary, we can also target the supplements locally.

Advertise on the website of the Finn-ish Hunters’ Association: € 15/day. Our website has three banner ad spaces at the bottom of the page. The advertiser is responsible for the design, implementa-tion, and delivery of the banner and the link address. Send the banner image in exactly the right size. File format JPG, GIF or PNG. Size 737 × 369 px (horizontal im-age). Do not use animation or sound in the banner ad. The website is responsive, which means that the actual size of the banner will vary from device to device.

Finnish Hunters’ Association• Biggest NGO for hunting in Finland.• Founded in 1921.• 2,800 hunting clubs and their 160,000 members.• 16 district organizations that cover all continental Finland.• Active in both domestic and international politics.• Provides education for hunters and arranges

shooting competitions.

Terms and conditions for advertisers:The advertiser shall cover the expenses for drafting, preparing, and realis-ing the material published in Jahti magazine and on www.metsastajaliitto.fi. The advertiser must submit the material they wish Jahti to publish in a ready-for-print format by the submissions deadline announced by the Finnish Hunters’ Association. The precise format the material is to be submitted in shall be agreed upon separately. The Finnish Hunters’ Association shall have the right to charge the advertiser in full for any and all expenses incurred during the implementation and publishing of their material and for the excess costs of making any changes. The Finnish Hunters’ Association shall send an itemised invoice to the advertiser each time their advertisement has been published.

The Finnish Hunters’ Association shall have the right to decline to publish material it views to be against good practice or at odds with the spirit of Jahti magazine and www.metsastajaliitto.fi. We shall notify the client im-mediately if their material will not be published and provide the reasons for this.

The advertiser shall maintain ownership and all immaterial rights (e.g. copyright) of the advertising material. By submitting their advertising ma-terial to the Finnish Hunters’ Association, the advertiser relinquishes the right of use of their material to the Finnish Hunters’ Association. The right of use relinquished to the Finnish Hunters’ Association includes the right to publish the material in Jahti magazine and on www.metsastajaliitto.fi.

The advertiser shall be responsible for ensuring that they hold the neces-sary ownership of and immaterial rights for the material they submit to the Finnish Hunters’ Association for publication in Jahti magazine and on www.metsastajaliitto.fi. The advertiser shall be responsible for the content of the advertisement and for ensuring that it is in accordance with laws

and regulations given by public authorities. The advertiser shall be entirely responsible for any direct or indirect damages that their material or publishing of this material causes to a third party and/or the Finnish Hunters’ Association.

The advertiser shall issue any possible complaints on the treatment of their material in writing no later than fourteen (14) days after the material has been published, with the understanding that they have accepted the layout for the material.

The Finnish Hunters’ Association shall not be responsible for indirect damages to the advertiser or third parties, unless it is seen that these have been caused intentionally or are due to gross negligence. The maximum liability of the Finnish Hunters’ Association shall always be the amount of money that the Finnish Hunter’s Association has received from the advertiser, with the exception of damages that have been brought about intentionally or are due to gross negligence. The Finnish Hunters’ As-sociation shall not be responsible for minor printing or layout errors that do not hinder the understanding of the advertiser’s material and do not reduce its advertising value.

The Finnish Hunters’ Association shall not be responsible for errors in pub-lished materials if they were in the material at the time it was submitted to the Finnish Hunters’ Association. The Finnish Hunters’ Association shall not be in any way liable for the content or structure of websites owned or maintained by third parties in spite of the fact that it may be possible to access www.metsastajaliitto.fi directly from those sites using links. The Finnish Hunters’ Association shall not be held responsible for the interrup-tions of service on www.metsastajaliitto.fi due to possible service breaks or faults in data communications.
