Filming ideasFor my media music video Ive decided to make aversion of ELOs (Electric Light Orchestras) Mr Blue Sky.A cheerful song, that can be represented with happypeople going about their lives, since the song has arather fast beat, it could be represented with fastmovements e.g. someone running, looking out of acar/train window and watching the background go byfast etc Just like in the Chemical Brothers StarGuitar. Id like to start off the video with someonetuning a radio, since thats how the song starts. Oncethe beat comes up, Ill film someone playing thatinstrument to the tune, just like how it was in ABBAsMamma Mia. I think that if I copy this idea, itll avoidany encounter with the person and the camera, as noteveryone (including myself) likes being in the camera.The close-ups of the instruments playing shows theviewers what instruments are being used to make thestart of the video possible. 3. Filming ideasWhen it comes to the singing in the song,I think Ill have the camera only showingthe persons mouths lip singing to thesong. This also gets rid of anyawkwardness with the camera, and its aperfect opportunity to have a compilationof peoples lower part of their face oncamera singing to song. Also just likeABBA in Mamma Mia, when the camerakeeps changing to the peoples faces atdifferent words. If Im to include thepersons face, then Ill have extremeclose-ups of the persons face, since themusic video to the song doesnt includedancing, I dont really have to ask anyoneto learn some dance moves for the video.
