• the 180-degree rule is a basic guideline regarding the on-screen spatial relationship between a character and another character or object within a scene.• I used this religiously throughout my production

and it helped the viewer understand the poitn of view of the character and the camera

MATCH ON ACTION

• Match on action is an editing technique for continuity editing in which one shot cuts to another shot portraying the action of the subject in the first shot.• I used this in the scene where Eric walked to the

camera this helped created a continued flow even through different shot sticking to the 180 degree rule

EDITING

• When editing I was able to work on feedback from the class which was to make it more relevant to the plot, by having this feedback I learnt how to take different shots and put them together in ways that flowed and created a way that the audience could understand what the films about just from the opening.• Use of external footage helped me in my editing

because as it’s a true story it gave insight to the actual occurrence and gave information on the plot.
