Fill Your Bucket List Foundation is a nonprofit based in Cary, North Carolina, that grants wishes to low income adults with cancer from all over the U.S. The fundraising goal for the Bucket Bash is $100,000. WHAT: An evening of great food, dancing, a silent auction and a cook-off between very talented chefs. Tickets are $75 per person and all proceeds go toward funding a wish for a cancer patient. WHO: Mitch Samples, chef instructor and purchasing manager at The Chef’s Academy; Eddie Wilson, executive chef at North Carolina State University’s Talley Student Union; Eric Gephart, chief culinary officer at Kamado Grille; and Ron Salerno, food and beverage director at Concord Hospitality Enterprises.
