Attention is the power source for thoughts… If you don’t want to experience bad emotions from certain thoughts, unplug the power source by taking the attention away from those thoughts. Select the thoughts that you want to experience. Thoughts are options on a menu. It has no intelligence; you select what you want to experience and what you don’t. Thought controls emotion. Emotion is a neutral intensifier thought. There’s only one emotion and it’s neutral. It’s and intensifier of whatever you’re thinking about. Shift thoughts and the intensifier will shift as well. Control your attention If you believe you are your thoughts, then you are under mind control. No one can make you change without your consent. When problem solving, people usually get that yucky feeling from their inner chemical environment. The more thoughts you think, the more chemicals are swirled into the mix, until you reach the “ahaaa!” experience and solve the problem. The basis of mind control is making someone think they are not good enough. But you are good enough and deficiency is just an illusion being forced upon you. Uncompartmentalize love in order to escape the cycle of having an exclusive love dealer.
