Principle Explanation Practical Application ResearchQuantum Measurement Theory:The process of measurement results in acoupling of wave functions, and resultingunication, of the observer and the ob-served.

The modern understanding and analysis of the quantummeasurement process entail the coupling of the wave func-tion (or density matrix) of the observed quantum mechanicalsystem with the wave function of the observing apparatus, toform a single, combined wave function. This combined wavefunction, in the approximation of innite degrees of freedom, undergoes spontaneous deconstruction from a quantum-mechanical superposition to a classical admixture.

In the technology of Maharishis Vedic Science, which is the applied technology of the uniedeld, the individual observer becomes aware of an object or thought at progressively more fun-damental levels, until he experiences the source of thoughtthe unied eld at the basis of mindand matter. At this point, in accord with Principle 1, the observer unites with the observedi.e.,human awareness identies with the unied eldthe eld of natures organizing intelligence.1

When this occurswhen the individual mind identies with the unied eldindividualactions become the actions of the unied eldthe same evolutionary intelligence that governsthe universe with perfect order, and organizes and sustains millions of species in Earths complexecosystems. Such action is fully in accord with natural lawspontaneously life supportingandforms the basis of a crime-free, disease-free, problem-free society.

Quantum Measurement Theory:The act of observation inuences the sys-tem being observed, and in particular, enlivens properties of the system that were

    formerly latenti.e., potential properties.

The classical measurement of a property of a quantum mechanicalsystem (e.g., an electrons position) always yields a denite classi-cal result. However, prior to the measurement, one can rigorously show

that the electron had no such classical value (i.e., no denite position, as

in the case of an electron wave function, which is spatially non- local).

Therefore, the measurement process enlivens potential properties of a

system (e.g., position) that were previously unexpressed.

The experience, or observation, of the unied eld during Maharishis Vedic technolo-gies of the unied eld, enlivens fundamental qualities of the unied eld. These quali-ties can be derived mathematically from the Lagrangian of the unied eld and includesuch evolutionary qualities as unifying, harmonizing, supersymmetry (perfect order), pureintelligence, innite creativity, absolute efciency, abundance and invincibility. The regularenlivenment of these qualities in the unied eldthe eld of collective consciousness at thebasis of individual and national lifeby groups of trained experts strengthens these quali-

ties of invincibility, creativity, etc. in the whole population, and in the government as well.

    Quantum Measurement Theory:

The act of observation increases order inthe system being observed.

The process of observation causes a nega-tive semi-denite change in the quantummechanical entropy of the density matrix of theobserved system.

The experience, or observation, of the unied eld during Maharishis Vedic technologies of the unied eld enlivensorderwithin the eldthe eld of individual and collective consciousness. On the individual level, this increasedorder is reected in the profound orderliness of brain functioning (global EEG coherence), which is scienticallylinked to increased intelligence, creativity, academic achievement, and job performance, as well as orderly andharmonious behavior.

On a societal level, increasing order in collective consciousness is reected in decreased social disorder, crime, andunrest, and increased social coherence. Coherent national consciousness is integrated and strong, and is imperviousto disruption from potentially disturbing elements. This scientically demonstrated effect of coherence in collectiveconsciousness, known in the literature as the Maharishi Effect, is analogous to the MeissnerEffect in quantum physics,in which a state of profound order(known as Bose condensation2) among the atomic constituents of a superconductorrenderthe conductor impervious to disruption by disturbing forces.

Nonlinear Dynamical Systems Theory:Nonlinear Dynamical Systems Theory, orChaos Theory, rigorously establishes thateven small changes in human beh avior canlead to marked changes in the weather.

The nonlinear coupled partial differential equations govern-ing the weather have been shown to satisfy the conditionsfor chaotic behavior, meaning that weather patterns are acutelysensitive to even minute changes in initial conditions. This acutesensitivity has become popularly known as the Buttery Effect, because even the motion of a buttery wing can, and will, overa period of several weeks, precipitate a major storm or hurri-caneor can similarly prevent such an event.

When applied in conjunction with the aforementioned transformation of humanbehavior to be in accord with Natural Law, as established in Principle 1,this principle from Nonlinear Dynamical Systems Theory can be expected to haveinevitable effects upon the weather. In particular, the application of these combinedprinciples can account for the complete reversal of predicted hurricane outcomes thisyear relative to last years devastating season, achieved on the basis of the InvincibleAmerica Course (see research).

    1. In the Vedic literature, this principle of identication is described as Vritti Saarupyam Itah Atra , What you see, you becomeYoga Sutras I,4.

    2. Indeed, the dynamics of Bose condensation may literally apply to the domain of collective consciousness. If consciousness behaves as a Bose eld, as one might expect on fundamental grounds of identity with the unied eld, then two waves of consciousness (i.e., individual consciousnesses) in close physical proximity would display a statistical predisposition to occupy the same state. This would manifest as 1) an increased tendency formeditators to experience transcendental consciousness when practicing in a group; 2) waves of coherence sweeping through a group of Yogic Flyers; and 3) society-wide transformations to states of greatersocial harmony and coherence, leading to invincibilitya direct societal application of the MeissnerEffect. All these aforementioned phenomena are supported by direct experience and/orby published empirical research.

Quantum Gravity andSuperstring Theory:Command over gravity implies command overthe unied eld of all the laws of naturenatures supreme administering intelligence.

Fifty years of rigorous scientic exploration into the quantization of the gravitational forcehave established that gravity is inconsistent as an isolated force. Only unied quantum eldtheories, and superstring theory in particular, provide a mathematically consistent theory of thegravitational force. According to these theories, at a fundamental scale, gravity is inseparablyunited with all the fundamental forces and particles as a single, self-interacting unied eld.

Mastery of the classical laws of Newtonian gravity and Einsteins General Relativity requiresaccess to more fundamental gravitational principlesspecically, the ability to function atthe level of quantum gravity. But as we have seen, at the level of quantum gravity, the levelof super-unication, gravity is united with all the other force and matter elds. Commandovergravity therefore implies command overthe unied eld of all the laws of naturethesupreme administrative intelligence of the universe, which maintains orderthroughout the ever-expanding universe.

The Vedic technology of the unied eld known as Yogic Flying demonstrates that, atthe deepest level of human consciousness, the individual gains command over thegravitational force (i.e., the physical body lifts up in the air propelled by a mere impulse of

thought). This command over gravity implies, according to this principle, command overthe unied eldthe supreme administrative intelligence of the universe.Such demonstrated mastery over natures governing intelligence, practically applied to

individual life and the life of the nation, can elevate the governance of any nation to be asawless, as efcient, and as universally nourishing as the government of natureprovidingthe basis for a prevention-oriented, problem-free administration.

Natural Law is invincible. Te laws of nature governing the universe are omnipresent (translationally invari-ant), eternal (time-translationally invariant) and inviolable. Tey apply equally and without exception to eve-ry particle and every system in t he inconceivably vast expanse of the ever-expanding universe. Tis chart presentsthe fundamental principles of invincibility in Nature, as revealed by the cutting-edge disciplines of Quantum

Measurement Teory, Nonlinear Dynamical Systems Teory, Quantum Gravity and Superstring Teory. It fur-ther presents how these same principles of Natures invincibility can be practically utilized to achieve nationalinvincibility and permanent world peace, through the applied technologies of Maharishis Vedic Science.
