Our pipefitters and welders are knowledge-able in all aspects of the various categories of process piping installations. The welders we employ are ASME certified.

Hawk Installation and Construction, Inc.’s instrumentation/electrical and controls division is made up of a diverse group of professionals, capable of installing any of your instrumenta-tion/electrical and controls needs.

Hawk Installation and Construction, Inc. has successfully completed a wide variety of complex power supply and distribution systems projects ranging from 13,800vac installations down to the most basic 480vac distribution centers. We often assist our clients in making the right decisions regarding their power schemes, which results in a highly efficient installation based on their requirements.

Hawk Installation and Construction, Inc. is experienced in installing motor control centers, lighting panels, and PLC Cabinets along with performing wiring and installation of instru-mentation, valves, controls and tubing.

The Hawk Installation and Construction, Inc. instrumentation/electrical and controls division and mechanical division work closely together to eliminate scheduling and routing issues that typically arise between crafts on projects.

We offer clients construction from a small house keeping pad to large complex elevated structures with multiple anchor bolt patterns. Hawk Installation and Construction, Inc.’s civil/structural division has extensive experience in demolition, earthwork, site preparation, dewatering practices, slope protection, soil stabilization, road building, drilled piers, structural concrete, foundations and elevated structures.

Hawk Fabrication and Machine is a division of Hawk Installation and Construction, Inc. located in Jefferson, Texas. Our fabrication and machine division is an ASME Section VIII DIV.1 shop with R and U stamp certifications. Our fabrication capabilities include plate rolling, plate bending, CNC patterned cuts, and all phases of vessel, structural, and piping fabrication.

Our fabrication facility has a variety of machining equipment that includes two large boring mills that can hold up to 26,000 lb weldments, engine lathes, CNC lathes, CNC machining center, key seaters, Bridgeport mills, and roll grinders.

Hawk Fabrication and Machine’s millwright shop has the capabilities to do complete hydraulic cylinder rebuilds and test the cylinders on a hydraulic testing table before shipping the cylinder for installation.

Hawk Fabrication and Machine’s millwright shop also provides complete gearbox repairs/ rebuilds on small and large gearboxes.
