    The BodyKey Meal Replacement Meal Plan suggests a meal guideline for a seven day period. This program can be continued beyond 1 week for continued weightloss. Our easy to follow plan provides approximately 1200 calories (5020 kJ) per day. One serving of BodyKey Meal Replacement Shake provides approximately255 calories (1067 kJ). Dinners included in this meal plan will contain approximately 400 calories (1670 kJ). BodyKey Meal Replacement Shakes are useful in weight
