PURPOSE

To give project design teams, project M&E staff and project managers the tools and guidelines they need to effectively plan for and manage highly-effective systems for M&E of value chain projects. In doing so, the guide aims to enable CARE to improve the performance of value chain interventions and improve CARE’s ability to test the Market Engagement Theory of Change. Empowering 10
