  • Dr. Bill Paveletz, DMD

    Dr. William Paveletz, DMD, is a graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry. Upon receiving his DMD degree he completed a one-year general practice residency at University of Pittsburgh. After completing his advance training he continued studying prosthetics at the Graduate Department of Pittsburgh Dental School. Currently he is one of VOCO America’s Clinical Educators who lecturers nationally and internationally to dental retailers, various dental societies and teaching institutions. Dr. Paveletz has been published in various dental trade publications regarding temporization techniques with dental implants, treating geriatric patients and fluoridation usage in adolescences. He has a true passion for preventative and restorative dentistry with an emphasis on biocompatibility and holistic dentistry. His hands on workshops focus on topics ranging from dental coding and billing, hygiene, esthetic dentistry, fixed and removable prosthetics, and nano technology.

    Lancette VanGuilder, RDH, BS graduated with her dental hygiene degree from the University of South Dakota in 1995 and has been actively involved in dental hygiene education, leadership and advocacy on the local, state and national level over the last 23 years. Lancette works as a clinician in private practice, in the corporate world as a professional educator, as a public health dental hygienist and is an internationally recognized continuing education speaker. Lancette is a past recipient of the Nevada Dental Hygienist of the Year award, is a past president of the Nevada Dental Hygienists Association and served on the board of directors for the American Dental Hygienists Association as the District 12 Trustee, representing 6 states on the west/pacific coast. In Nevada, she was recently awarded the Innovative Career Vision award for her work in all 7 professional roles of the dental hygienist. On the national level, she just received the Irene Newman Professional Achievement Award from the American Dental Hygienists Association- recognizing her for her contributions to the advancement of the art and science of the dental hygiene profession over the last 15 years. Lancette is passionate about ensuring that all communities have access to dental care, the power of prevention and the utilization of the dental hygienist.

    Laura was appointed to the Board as Mississippi's state-at-large dental hygiene member on July 1, 2015 for a six-year term ending June 30, 2021. Ms. Richoux received her dental hygiene degree from the University of Mississippi in 2003. After receiving her dental hygiene degree, Ms. Richoux practiced dental hygiene four years in Louisiana and currently practices dental hygiene with dentists in Gulfport and Biloxi. Ms. Richoux's professional memberships include the American Association of Dental Boards, Southern Conference of Dental Deans and Examiners, American Dental Hygienists' Association, and Mississippi Dental Hygienists' Association.
