Context of the term 14/15

1. In the previous term we faced situation, both MC and LC pipeline faced issues of missing pipelines, behaviour of our members in the organization was not satisfying, attitude of not caring, irresponsibility and uninvolvement was present.

2. Number of X realization in terms in this mid-term ambition cycle was:

10/11: 81 realization11/12:11/12: 101 realization12/13 : 143 realization 13/14 : 139 realization

We didn't have one LC which had a consecutive growth in this period, which made us less relevant in our society and without having a visible achievable impact

3.3. AIESEC is not actively participating as a voice of Croatian youth, even though we are the only indenpendent non-political, student run organization which operates in 5+ cities, which is a burden to members since they don't feel as a part of an organization which can create impact on the society.
