LEAF Body Process Engineer | Smyrna, TN | July 2011— July 2013 — Led and influenced various plant-wide activities for U.S. launch of 2012 Nissan LEAF. — Responsible for Body Shop MFG process and body-in-white overall dimensional accuracy. — CAD-drafted and wrote tooling specifications for $2M in capital expenditures for LEAF and other NNA-Smyrna vehicles. — Saved company $0.5M in Infiniti QX60 & Nissan Pathfinder body assembly via welding process optimization.
