This year’s AFL fixture gives members and their families and friends even more reason to come to the ’G.

These initiatives, on top of a blockbuster fixture of matches, are among the many reasons to head to the ’G this AFL season.

VISITOR TICKET PRICES

Member reserved seat $10 N/A

Visitor ticket $35 $6

Visitor ticket & reserved seat $45 $11

* Children under the age of six are admitted free of charge.** Tickets for children under the age of 15 are free of charge at Sunday matches.

Visitor Tickets and Reserved SeatsVISITOR TICKETSMCC visitor tickets went on sale on Thursday March 12 (for rounds 1-22) and will go on sale on Wednesday August 12 at 9.00am for Round 23 matches. There is a limit of four visitor tickets per member for all matches except Anzac Day, when the maximum is two.

Given the expected high demand for blockbuster matches that may arise during the season, we expect the limited number of visitor tickets available to sell out quickly, so members are encouraged to purchase their requirements as early as possible.

Children under the age of 15 may enter the Reserve free of charge at Sunday matches throughout the 2015 home and away season. They will still, however, be required to obtain a nil-value, barcoded ticket through Ticketek (normal transaction fees apply), from the Membership Services Office in advance or the Gate 2 ticket windows on match day. These tickets will still form part of a member’s allowed allocation.

RESERVED SEATS Members are able to purchase a reserved seat for themselves and their guests for all matches during the season. There are 5000 reserved seats available to members however, subject to demand, this number may increase for blockbuster matches. The number of reserved seats a member can purchase for their guests will mirror the number of visitor tickets available per member. Reserved seats not sold in advance will be available on a walk-up basis on match day.

ON-SELLING OF VISITOR TICKETS PROHIBITEDMembers should be aware that the on-sale of visitor tickets to any event through public auction sites is strictly prohibited. Any member found to be in breach of club rules in this respect can expect to face disciplinary action. We seek your co-operation in this matter.

MOBILITY-IMPAIRED SPACESReserved seating for mobility-impaired patrons, including wheelchair spaces and their carers (with Companion Cards) will be available via Ticketek (1300 665 915 or agencies) or in person at the club. Spaces will also be available on all levels on match day on a first-come, first-served basis.

COMPANION CARDA member with a Companion Card can gain access for their companion free of charge at all matches. A guest with a Companion Card must have a visitor ticket to enter the Reserve and their companion can then gain free entry. Reserved seats will also be free of charge for Companion Card holders accompanying members and guests who have purchased their own reserved seat. Please visit www.companioncard.org.au for information.

CONDITIONS ҙ When purchasing tickets at an agency,

members will be required to show their photo ID membership card. Tickets will only be sold to an MCC member bearing their membership card at the time of purchase.

ҙ Only members can collect pre-purchased tickets from Gate 2 on match days, upon production of their account confirmation number and membership card. Visitors cannot collect pre-purchased tickets.

ҙ Prices are inclusive of all fees and GST, except for a service/transaction fee applicable for operator-assisted phone bookings, when purchasing at an agency or online. Tickets purchased at the club will not incur a service/transaction fee.

ҙ A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per transaction. Transaction

fees apply per transaction regardless of the number of tickets purchased.

ҙ Members purchasing tickets online will be required to set up a Ticketek account.

ҙ Holders of annual guest cards are not eligible to purchase visitor tickets.

ҙ At the time of the event, people aged 6-14 are classified as children and persons aged 15 and over as adults.

ҙ Provided they are accompanied by an MCC member, children with a junior AFL club membership may enter the MCC Members Reserve for matches in which their card would have granted them access to the public areas of the ground.

ҙ Members are expected to be in attendance when introducing guests into the Reserve.

Members Reserve Access and SeatingThe MCC Members Reserve offers excellent seating on all four levels of the northern stand, with a capacity of almost 23,000 (including standing room). Access to the Reserve for members and guests is via Gate 2 near the corner of Jolimont Terrace and Jolimont Street.

All categories of membership and annual guest cardholders will have entry entitlements to the Reserve for all matches in the 2015 AFL home and away season.

MEMBER-ONLY AREASBalcony seating The majority of seating on Level 2 and all of Level 3 has been allocated exclusively for members of all categories, as well as guests of any age with a Long Room or Balcony pass.

Once a seat has been chosen, reserved seat tickets will be issued to those in attendance. It’s a case of first-in, first-served.

Long Room The Long Room will only be accessible to all categories of adult members (18 years and over), as well as adult guests with Long Room passes, subject to dress regulations.

Frank Grey Smith BarThe Frank Grey Smith Bar on Level 3 is accessible to all categories of members as well as guests with either a Long Room or Balcony pass.

LONG ROOM AND BALCONY PASSESLong Room PassA Long Room pass allows a guest aged 18 years and over to enter the Long Room, the Frank Grey Smith Bar and Balcony seating areas on levels 2 and 3 of the Reserve.

Balcony Pass A Balcony pass allows a guest of any age to access the Frank Grey Smith Bar and Balcony seating areas on levels 2 and 3 of the Reserve.

Advance ApplicationsFor Category B and C matches, a set number of Long Room and Balcony passes will be available for booking in advance. Applications received outside this timeframe (as advised in the fixture on page 8) will not be accepted.

Applications will be processed in order of receipt and accepted via the MCC website application form, by email or fax.

In the interests of allowing as many members as possible the opportunity to introduce guests into these areas, a limit of 10 successful advance applications per member for the season applies.

Members who do not collect their allocation of passes on more than one occasion without notifying the club in advance, will be excluded from making further applications during the season.

Match Day Applications Passes not allocated in advance will be available for collection by members on match day from the windows to the left of Gate 2 one hour prior to gate opening time. Please refer to the website for updates on the number of passes available.

Members who have been allocated their individual limit of passes in advance are not eligible to obtain passes from the match day allocation.

GUEST CARDSA guest card is a transferable guest pass that allows the bearer access to the Members Reserve for all match days in which members are able to attend. A guest card provides the same access rights as a visitor who has a daily visitor ticket. Therefore, guest cardholders do not have access to the Long Room, Frank Grey Smith Bar or Balcony seating, except when a member has obtained the relevant pass for them.

Guest cardholders are entitled to purchase one reserved seat per match for each eligible guest card barcode.

50-YEAR MEMBERSThe John Landy Room on Level 2 of the Reserve will house 50-year members and their guests during the season.

Seating for 50-year members is located on Level 2 in Bay N42. MCC staff will be on hand to assist members and guests on arrival. Please note the introduction of guests into the room and seating area is subject to demand on the various days. As a general rule, 50-year members may introduce one guest on match day, with the possible exception of some blockbuster matches.

LONG ROOM AND BALCONY PASS ALLOCATION CONDITIONSMatches in the 2015 AFL home and away season will be placed into three categories, having regard to expected attendance in the Reserve and member demand for facilities.

Category A ҙ No Long Room or Balcony passes

will be issued.

Category B ҙ Full members are able to apply for

one Long Room pass or up to two Balcony passes.

ҙ Restricted and Restricted Junior members are able to apply for up to two Balcony passes.

Category C ҙ Full and adult Restricted members

are able to apply for up to two Long Room passes or up to four Balcony passes.

ҙ Restricted Junior members are able to apply for up to four Balcony passes.

The total number of passes available will be determined on a match-by-match basis. Please refer to the fixture on page 8 for the classification of each match.

ҙ Members and guests dining will have access to a dedicated reserved seating area in front of the dining room on Level 2 to view the match.

ҙ Members who have already purchased a reserved seat and are successful in the dining ballot, may contact the club for a refund of the reserved seat component of their purchase. Members must contact the club prior to 5.00pm on the last business day before the match to obtain their refund.
