ICX Delivery Manager (CEED + NST)
Job Description: Delivery Manager is responsible for the whole delivery process on a
national scale, including iGCDP and iGIP raising. Position involves intense work with
MC Nepal and ICX structures on local level. It requires innovative approach and
leadership skills.

3. Application Process
The application for AIESEC Nepal MC CEED is divided into two parts:
a) Your CV: Give us the all important information we need to know about you, your
AIESEC career, other jobs you have had, your contact details, etc. You can use a
maximum of one (1) page to create your CV.
b) Application Questionnaire: answer 4 General and 4 Field-Specific questions (up to 5
pages).

4. Application Questionnaire
General Questions
1. Present your AIESEC Experience and key achievements visually, graphically or in words.
2. Identify your key (max. 3) strengths & weaknesses and analyse their effect on your AIESEC
journey so far.
3. Present your international experience, underlining Key Learning Points, GCPs and the
influence each of the steps had on you as a Team Member/Team Leader.
4. Present your 3 main learning methods. How do you use them to effectively acquire and use
knowledge and skills?
Specific questions
a) Incoming Exchange
1. Design sales calendar in iGCDP NGO segment for the following guidelines: 25 Ra, 90
days, 5 TN takers, 20 TMP. Include all the processes: cold calls, meetings, signing,
servicing, et cetera.
2. Describe three challenges and three opportunities you are going to have in iGCDP
sales because of your background.
3. Describe three challenges AIESEC will have to face with iGCDP sales and suggest
three solutions how to overcome them.
4. Design and describe a sufficient strategy for iGCDP and iGIP long-term partnerships
maintenance (be brief).

b) Outgoing Exchange
1. How would you ensure the highest conversion rate from App to Re in oGCDP and
oGIP? Suggest at least three solutions applicable to the process.
2. What Key Selling Points would you identify in OGX programmes for BA and MA
graduates? Please enumerate at least 3 features.
3. Design recruitment calendar in oGCDP for the following guidelines: 30 Ra, 30 days,
assuming the moment from application deadline. Include all the processes: RB, OPS,
et cetera.
4. Describe three challenges AIESEC will have to face with OGX recruitment and delivery
and suggest three solutions how to overcome them.
c) External Relations
1. Name and provide strategies for the 3 key products which a new entity like AIESEC
Nepal should concentrate on selling.
2. Share your thoughts on the sectors from which we can have a ‘National Board of
Advisors’ for AIESEC Nepal. What products will you offer to convince them to be part
of it?
3. Design an approach to get university deans to invest time, money, office space and
human resources to have AIESEC on their campus. Consider timeline, message,
audience, and channel. Explain the thought process and resources you used to think
of this campaign.
4. You have 1 minute to describe the reasons why corporate organizations partner with
AIESEC Nepal to the Marketing Head at DHL. What will you mention? (100 words).
d) Talent Management
1. Imagine that we will run an Recruitment TLP. Design a brand for this project (name,
logo, slogan, etc). Please also list the key components you would include in this
project’s branding materials and how you would use these materials to promote the
project effectively. Please name the channels.
2. What are the key elements you think we need to communicate to our different
stakeholder groups (students, organisation, corporate, organization non-corporate,
government and alumni) when describing AIESEC Experience?
3. Give 3 examples of posts you think would be useful on the Facebook page of AIESEC
in Nepal and explain your choice.
4. What are the different media you would use to promote AIESEC in Nepal in
Universities? In %, allocate how much time you would spend developing each.
e) Communications
1. Create brief outline of a possible article about AIESEC in public media.
2. Please Design a Poster aligned with the AIESEC brand for promotion of exchange
opportunities in AIESEC NEPAL.
3. Please describe your experience in media & public relations management (visual
design, media channels management, etc). Give examples.
4. Which innovative elements would you implement in the information
management process within AIESEC in Nepal? Please provide MoSes.
