EwA Phase: We have a new product portfolio for this phase, the tasting is in process now we need to be aware of the

impact of this portfolio and create the measurements of the engagement. The channels diversification has not been doneyet clearly, we need other type of activities that help us getting into the virtual reach initiative.

ELD Phase: Our members are now connect whit the GIP and GCDP products in the phase, the TMP and TLP product

running just started and is going to be taste in the beginning of 2012. We need a customized per product recruitmentand induction plan. The up selling packaging is not clear yet.

LLC Phase: Packaging processes already began but our members are not completely aware of it the phase

implementation is not clear yet. We have the new LCVPs LLC with this objective. The LLC product has been use as a wayto increase the Business Development portfolio, but needs to get a stronger education in our members. The alumninetwork is not completely aware of the organizational change, the product marketing needs to get strong and thebenefits trough supporting the ELD programs need to be a value proposal for cross generational impact.

EwA1 – Increasing our virtual reach: Is an implementationof different multiplatform initiatives such as leadershipcontest trough videos or blogs that will increase our virtualreach and will make youth Colombians know the why howwhat of AIESEC from home directly connect with our virtualreach growing oriented wheel.

1st I will cut the investments with long term retribution2th I will check the LCs Cash flow and Partners debt in order to check wich one we canrecover in a short period of time

3th I will invest in ER and Xs in order to increase results and budget and guide the LCsto the strategy

4th If the situation does not get better yet then I will look for an LCs Loan.5th If the LCs does not have the capacity to loan, then I will turn to another type of

organization such as a bank that can make a Loan to us being carefully with the payingmethods and the terms of the loan, having in the decision the advisory group support6th If there is finally not a solution with any of this my final step will be the human resourcescutting having core process and ER as a priority and from them the areas in order to operate.

Cost cutting exercise

Commercial PYMEs and MPYMEs Innversment Is an opportunitieColombia Is now having a great in economic inversion in this company sectors AIESEC in Colombia cancontribute by incoming GIP exchanger realizing to increase the companies product AIESEC’s contribute, innational level we need to clarify our approach to this sector and look for partners

Strategies to guarantee the vision

My 2015 – this strategy has as an objective to make the members get appropriation of the 2015 goals, If I say to you tell me what is your 2015 ? You will answer to me an exchange a new local committee 10 TMP experiences, each LC, each VP, each Coordinator, each GIP or GCDP program member should know he or she is par of our goal and that is his or her goal too with clear appropriation – this strategy may be run trough media channels campaign,

The long term planning refreshment exercise -- we are going to have our goals and road map per year but our members rotation is going to be increased more and more that’s why i propose to create an exercise per year or per semester, where the MC set the contribution from that members to the vision and use their ideas in the road map line , this road map update will be track month by month and set for a rewards and recognitions system nationally.

The 2015 implementation constant feedback channels -- there must be a channel from the one the membership can feedback the 2015 implementation processes, may be in events a virtual channel or an email but it has to be a channel where members will not feel judge for what they can say and we can guarantee the transparency of the process. This way we connect constantly member with implementation that is the way a long term vision will become an organizational behavior.

3 Key trends in Colombia

The economic aperture opportunitie TLC brings now to Colombia more than economical aperture a new way to do business, different sectors in Colombia are looking now for abroad partners that increase their knowledge in logistic management an commerce, AIESEC en Colombia may be a provider of talent for this kind of companies and also a global partner about this problematic in the country.

The hand information management moment Technology opportunitie is now bringing more and more in tothe youth the information in hand and in Colombia the technological population is increasing its number dayby day AIESEC in Colombia may have a better information system technology tracker with our members, easytools to use in phones and iPods, this may increase the members connection with the organization and alsothe externals.
