• How dose Marina Bay serve as a model to the Principles of Governance deployed to help Singapore sustain its growth in the 21st Century?

• what is the benefit of the change?

• Clifford Pier , which was the port for small boat, has changed to a hotel for the tourists.

• This hotel is historic as it was used for the chief overseas transport,which had brought the ancestris of Singaporean nowaday.

• When the small port could no longer help the boat transport of Singapore,government changed it to a hotel which made it reworked for the Singapore’s economic.The tourists like to stay here because they may want to learn the history of Singapore,so that the tourism can developed well.

‘eco-friendly’Eco-friendly means Environmentally friendly. ‘Eco-friendly’ of Marina Bay is the shelter-liked thing which gives cool winds to the people who sit under it.

• The power of the ‘eco-friendly’ is from the sun light as it would not use the resource like electricity. It can help to protect the environment, concerve energy, so that Singapore can continue its eco-friendly development.

Marina City Gallery• Marina City Gallery is also a eco-

friendly building which shows the development and the plan of Marina Bay.

• Marina City Gallery shows the plan and development of Marina Bay to people and tourists.The foreign tourists can learn how is the Marina Bay going to be in the future from the exhibitions,such like the building model shows the built and planed to build building by distinguishing the colour

Marina Bay Sands(MBS)

• How dose MBS contribute to the growth of Singapore?

• As a large shopping centre of Marina Bay, Marina Bay Sands attracts foreign tourists so the economic can be raised by the tourism.MBS also increase international known of Singapore for more and more companies ,such like Prada and Chanel, would like to have their own places in this shopping centre. While the well-known companies provide multi choices to the tourists, they also help MBS to contact to all the world, and finally known by people around the world.

• What is the significance of MBS to Singapore in the 21st Century?

• As MBS attracts a lot of tourists while it bulids up the international contact of Singapore, it can help Singapore to grow through INDUSTRIALISATION as well as to increase the social cost and raise the economy.
