Credentials Committee report

Additions to Executive Board reportn During the Monday afternoon meeting of the Executive Board the following items were reported for inclusion in the Executive Board report and rec-ommendations

Report from the Executive Board to the Missouri Baptist Convention(To be added to the Executive Board Report on pages 53-54 of the Book of Reports.)

1. The Board approved a recommendation con-cerning an additional 2012 Annual Meeting Exhibitor.

2. The Board approved for recommendation to the Convention the location of the 2016 Annual Meeting to be St. Charles, Missouri.

3. The Board approved a hiring/termination pro-cess for Executive Board Staff.

4. The Board approved changes to the Executive Board Bylaws.

5. The Board made an amendment to a recom-mendation concerning the offering at Annual Meeting.

Additions to Executive Board Recommendations(To be added to the Executive Board Recommendations on pages 55-63 of the Book of Reports.)

1. That the 2016 Annual Meeting of the Missouri Baptist Convention be held October 24-26, 2016, at the St. Charles Convention Center & Embassy Suites Hotel in St. Charles, Missouri.

Missouri Baptist Convention president John Marshall presented his appointments to the 2012 Tellers Committee during the Monday evening ses-sion of the Missouri Baptist Convention. This com-mittee serves during this year’s annual meeting.

The Tellers committee assists the presiding officer with vote-taking, collecting ballots, tabulating results and announcing the results to the presiding officer.
