Building/Room Details

•Business Building is open •M-F 7AM-11PM and

•Saturday and Sunday 8AM-8PM

• Access building after hours using your Penn State ID Card

• Access locked team rooms and classrooms using your ID Card

• ID Card is not working….. please notify the MBA Program Office


Classroom Usage

• Keep the classrooms clean; pick-up after yourself • Notify us of any issues with the technology equipment • If you are using the classroom for a student association event or meeting, please ensure that you:

•Reserve the room 48 business hours in advance •Do not save any documents to the podium computer

• MBA Classrooms But they are used by other areas in College and across campus.


Team Room Usage

•Team rooms are for team usage • Please do not book them for individual study time • Maximum of 3 hours • Keep rooms clean • Let us know if supplies are gone •CANCEL your reservation if you no longer need it

•Rooms must be scheduled using Team Room Scheduler

Cost -- $1,700 per student Charged to your student account in the Spring

Includes hotel accommodations (double occupancy), entry into required activities, on-site transportation, meeting expenses, opening dinner and breakfast each morning.
