Conclusion• The reality is Verizon ranks number-one in customer service, but there's no

real winner in the public eye. People love to complain about their carrier — it's become something of a national pastime. But the truth remains that carriers are a necessary evil and whichever company offers the best coverage in your area is the one you're going to go with.

• Wanting to change this type of behavior Verizon should focus more on the customers wants and needs like for instance bringing back unlimited data as part of maybe a high tier package.

• Verizon already does a lot for the environment for a corporation of its size but where it is lacking is with its employees as Verizon used to be one of the biggest employers of the United States and now it is down to about half of what its employment was at its peak.

• Beginning to hire more and establish new skill set jobs will increase its footprint and brand to its customers.
