Dear Pastor, Children's or Youth Minister: The Mount Zion Baptist Church, Arlington, VA is proud to introduce “Adventures on the Mount”, our summer camp that opens on Monday, June 27, 2016! “Adventures on the Mount” is scheduled for 6 weeks and will provide a learning environment that fosters academic confidence and developmental growth and promotes spiritual maturity for children ages 5 to 12. In addition to offering opportunities for children to learn God’s Word, reading and math skills will be enhanced and life experiences extended through excursions each week! We believe that all children should have a fun learning experience based on Christian principles. We will have a full-day schedule for campers, running from 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Bible devotion, character development, guest speakers, sporting activities, and arts & crafts are just a few of the activities we have planned for the summer. Camp registration is now open!! We would like to extend an invitation to members of your congregation who are looking for a nurturing and safe environment for their children this summer. We pray that they will consider Mount Zion’s “Adventures on the Mount”. There is a $200 non-refundable administrative and registration fee required for all children. The weekly rate for summer camp is based on the age of each child and includes all curriculum, meals and snacks, a camp tee shirt and field trips.

We are excited about this wonderful opportunity, as we prepare our children for Kingdom living and learning. A camp application and additional information can be found on our church website: www.MountZionBaptist.com. Should you have questions, please feel free to contact me at 703-979-7411 or [email protected]. Thank you for helping us to reach out to your congregants for our “Adventures on the Mount”!
