• The total procurement funds spent on articles , materials, and supplies manufactured outside the United States in FY 2012 amounted to $358,264.47;
• Waivers of the BAA were neither necessary nor granted for acquisitions; and
• Obligations for purchases of articles, material, or supplies manufactured inside the United States were $44,054,217.56.
