Steel Frame commenced 13th May and will last for 6 weeks
Welcome to the Second edition of theWildgoose Construction Newsletter. This newsletter aims to keep you up date with the latest development news and progress of the building works on site.Wildgoose Construction wishes to workclosely with the local community through- out the construction stages of thisdevelopment and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your continued co –operation throughoutthe works.
What are we building? The scheme marks the start of the works on
the land off Northampton Road, Brackley and in preparation for a wider redevelopment of the site we have been appointed the maincontractor to build the new medical centre and community hospital needed to support this growing community.
The project comprises of a 3 storey medical centre and community hospital withGP Services and pharmacy at ground floor level, community services at first floor level and 16 beds at second floor level.
Included within this scheme is hard and softlandscaping, associated car park facilities and external packaged plant room.
All is designed and we will be built to BREEAM Excellent rating.

What is happening now and in the short term?
Steel Frame Installing Main Drainage works Composite Floors Sub-structure Masonry Service Connections –Electric
/Gas/Water/Communications
Notice of upcoming works on Turweston Road
We would like to inform the residents on Turweston road about the need to place traffic restrictions on Turweston road to enable the Mains Gas supply to be installed in preparation for the new building.As the residents will be aware, there is currently no mains gas on Turweston road and it will be necessary to install a new gas main in the highway. These works are being carried out by our partner Fulcrum who will be advising all affected residents in writing in the very near future.
These works are anticipated to commence on
17 th June 2019 – subject to obtaining permission from Northamptonshire County
Council –Highways department.If anyone has any concerns they can also get in touch with the
Site Manager –Richard Williams or Wildgoose Construction office on the contact
numbers at the bottom.

Updates on progress in a regular newsletter Mail shots when required Home visits when required to residents To provide public clinics on site every Thursday
between 2pm—3pm where updates of the scheme will be provided by our Site Manager Richard Williams (see contact details) this will be on a drop in basis.

As a member of the Considerate Constructors scheme, Wildgoose Construction are registered to participate in the scheme.The scheme has been set up to improve the image of the Construction industry through better site Management and by encouraging goodcommunications with site neighbours
