A “Drone Boom” (100% plus) is forecast by the CTA to occur over the next 18 months.

Total revenues for drone (toy & hobby /consumer) sales in the USA at retail will likely be 2.5 billion by 2020, having grown from 1.1 billion in 2016.

A GROWING MARKET

THE UAV MARKET

The UAV market is rapidly diversifying with new applications being introduced at a regular pace. The industry has expanded to include environmental management, crisis management, agriculture, policing and crowd monitoring, civil engineering, pollution monitoring, fisheries protection, disaster management, telecommunications maintenance, oil and gas exploration, mineral exploration, mine safety, geophysical surveys and mapping applications.

THE UAV SECTOR

The UAV sector is quickly becoming one of the most dynamic sectors in the aerospace industry. According to a survey by marketsandmarkets.com in October of 2015, “the global Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) market is valued at US$ 10.1 Billion in 2015 and is expected to show a robust growth in future, accounting for USD 14.9 Billion by 2020…”. RECENT NEWS:

Global UAV Technologies’ Subsidiary Pioneer Aerial creates a Strategic Partnership with Abitibi Geophysics On March 2, 2017, The Company reported that Pioneer Aerial had signed a term sheet establishing a strategic partnership with Abitibi Geophysics Inc., an internationally renowned geophysics company. Under the terms of the agreement Abitibi and Pioneer Aerial will operate on a revenue sharing basis for surveys organized by Abitibi. These airborne magnetometer surveys will be branded as AeroVisionTM and use Pioneer Aerial’s UAV-MAG™ system. Global UAV Technologies’ Subsidiary Completes its First Three Contracts. On March 7, 2017, The Company reported that Pioneer Aerial had successfully completed its first three contracts. Pioneer Aerial completed these three aeromagnetic surveys using its proprietary UAV-MAGTM system. In excess of 900 line kilometers were flown, which resulted in $100,002 of revenue.

High Eye recently completed their largest project to date: The total area covered was approximately 1,100 hectares and was done for The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change. High Eye provided aerial mapping topographical data for 36 kilometres of shoreline in the Georgian Bay in order to determine the flood hazard limit elevation.

Mr. Springett brings over 10 years of experience working for several Public Companies. He began his public company career with financing as well as creating exposure for the companies such as Aurora, Puf Ventures, Cannabis Science and Alta Vista Ventures. JASON SPRINGETT – PRESIDENT, CEO, AND DIRECTOR

JAMES ROGERS – DIRECTOR Mr. James Rogers is a mining professional who has been active in the mineral exploration industry for 10 years. He is currently President and CEO of Longford Exploration Services Ltd., an international exploration services company that performs services for numerous exploration companies. Mr. Rogers studied Geology at Simon Fraser University. Mr. Rogers is currently a director of Navis Resources Corp.

Mr. Burns has been involved in the mining and exploration industry since 2007. He was a founding member of Mackevoy Geosciences Ltd. (2007-2013), and in 2014 he co-founded Pioneer Exploration Consultants Ltd., a private geological consulting firm based in Saskatchewan. At Pioneer Exploration, Mr. Burns developed the UAV-MAGTM system, flew the first ever commercial unmanned airborne magnetic geophysical survey in 2014, and was central to Pioneer Exploration to becoming the industry leader in UAV based geophysical surveys. Mr. Burns is also a director of Canadian International Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: CIN) and the CEO and President of Navis Resources (CSE: SUV).

Mr. Groome is an entrepreneur who started two successful securities firms in the 80’s and 90’s. He has the reputation of being one of the preeminent financiers of small and medium sized emerging growth companies. He has actively managed or participated in over 400 financings representing some $4 billion of small cap deals and is very well versed in start-up and early stage ventures. Prior to the founding of Notre Dame Capital, Mr. Groome was a co-founder of Marleau Lemire Inc., which became the number one firm in Canada in small, mid cap financing during the late 1980’s. He followed up that success with the creation of Groome Capital Inc, where he developed Canada’s leading underwriter of IPO’s, Private Placements and secondary offerings on the internet between 1998 and 2000. In addition he has served on the Board of Directors of numerous public and private companies over the last 30 years.

Mr. Kim Derry has had a long distinguished career in law enforcement. Over his 38 year career Mr. Derry has performed uniform, undercover and investigative duties. At the peak of his law enforcement career Mr. Derry was appointed the Deputy Chief of Police for the City of Toronto. He has been responsible for the policing operations in Toronto for 17 divisions, managed in excess of 4,000 personnel and oversaw divisional policing budgets of $490 million.
