MISAWA CHRISTIAN CENTER REACHES OUT
There have been several significant events at the Misawa Center recently
that impacted the community. On Easter, they ministered at an area or-
phanage by serving lunch, giving a message, an Easter egg hunt and games,
and giving gifts to the staff and children. In May, a table was set up at the
BX to promote the ministries of the Center and also giving out tracts. It
was a great way to tell their story. Also in May, the mothers were honored
with a meal planned and served by the men of the church. It has been a
busy but blessed season.
May was a very busy month for New Hope. May 6th, mem-
bers were very involved in the community production at
Terrace Playhouse of “Crowns”, a gospel music celebra-
tion.
The pictures below show two children being dedicated to
the Lord and two young men being presented their
baptismal certificates.
May also saw New Hope
mothers being honored,
school children’s
accomplishments
recognized and a
women’s breakfast on April 18th. We thank God for all that has been accomplished!

In April, USA Missions Director, Dr. James
Cossey recognized the Vietnam veterans at
the annual Smoky Mt. Jubilee held April 26-28
in Gatlinburg, TN. It was an emotional, moving
moment as Vietnam vets were asked to come
forward. The entire crowd in the auditorium
expressed their appreciation with cheers, and a
standing ovation as the veterans moved to the
front to be honored and recognized.

NEW BEGINNINGS RECEIVES GIFT MCFELLOWSHIP FOR GROUP LEADERS
New Beginnings CSC, pastored by Calvin &
Khadijah Freeman in Pyeongtaek, Korea
near Camp Humphreys, had a nice surprise
recently. They were recognizing a member,
Cyndia Jackson with her upcoming PCS, when
she surprised them with a special gift. Jackson
gifted the center with a new IMac! We pray God’s
rich blessings on her for her generosity!
In early May, the youth at New Life Center,
Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico had a special youth
service. New Life is pastored by Alejandro
and Dinorah Velazquez.
On the last Saturday of April, Clarkview
CC in Angeles City, Philippines had a
care group leaders fellowship at a local
McDonalds, creatively calling it McFellow-
ship. It was a great time of connection and
fun as the leaders were recognized and ap-
preciated. Clarkview ‘s Pastors are Bong
and Sharon Tiru. 3
Our Mission is connecting
military, veterans, and their
communities with a missional,
Christian family. We strive to
reach and involve armed
forces personnel in a Cornelius
style ministry form the time
they take the oath of service,
throughout all deployments,
until finally returning to contin-
ued fruitful service in their
home church. Our core values
are to establish and maintain
caring New Testament fellow-
ships, in cooperation with
like minded organizations, to
reach all people for Christ
and to train lay leaders for
service.
We work to achieve this by
maintaining a network of wor-
ship centers in the large mil-
coms overseas and planting
ministries in the USA or part-
nering with established ones
that have a passion for our
armed forces. A full range of
ministries is offered to include
worship, discipleship, training,
ministerial credentialing, youth
camps, retreats and confer-
ences, and leadership training.
Service members, veterans and
families always reach local com-
munity members and become
salt and light they live.
