Don’t Let Up Can it be, another school year is

quickly coming to the end. Raiders,

with about a month of school left, it is

safe to say we are about ready for

school to be over with. With it being

so close to summer, it is very tempting

to just give up on these last few

weeks of school. We must finish the

school year strong.

For almost 10 months, I have seen

our students and their accomplish-

ments light up classrooms, auditori-

ums, music rooms, gymnasiums and

athletic fields or courts. All of our

students have accomplished so much

throughout this year. The support

from parents, faculty members, and

the communities for these accomplish-

er, we are not done. We have a num-

ber of events coming up to finish out

the 2013-14 school year.

It was fun to have Jacob Hansen visit

Thank you Mike Clark and Amanda Stade for

bringing “Ag in the Classroom” to the Second

grade. They read the book Chicks and Chickens

by Gail Gibbons to us and gave us lots of good

information about chickens. We even did the

“chicken dance”. We have been opening a plastic

egg every day to learn about the development of

chicks. This program was sponsored by the

Madison Chamber of Commerce.
