Dear Friends,

We often say, “We may die of a lot of things, but boredom will not be one of them.” I am thankful to be part of a ministry that is always interesting and exciting. The Lord is moving among us powerfully. At times, we seem right on the edge of something that will boil over into another visitation like we had last year, only more intense. We also have continual battles, which we know comes with taking new territory. I’m thankful to be with so many true warriors who thrive in battle.

We are actually living in times like those described in the Book of Acts, and we are in constant awe and wonder at what the Lord is going to do next. We are continuing to experience waves of the Holy Spirit, and each wave seems to get a little bigger. I would not claim that we are there yet, but I do think we are getting closer to what true church life is supposed to be.

Heritage is teeming with life. Meetings are hap-pening there constantly. With the schools (MSU and CSCL) in session, much of the time you can hear worship coming from the chapels, which helps to create a wonderful atmosphere. The café is open for breakfast and lunch, and at times it’s hard to find a table. However, it is the presence of the Lord that you feel and the bonding that is taking place between so many that is really special. I think since we have been at Heritage, a steady increase of life has been coming, and we’re just getting started.

The Tower

We now have reservations for more than half the units in Heritage Towers, and new ones are coming in steadily. We are close to obtaining the permits that will enable us to start construction, and then we will begin a serious campaign to fill it up. How-ever, the way it’s going, we may not need much of a campaign. If you’re thinking about coming here, full or part-time, make your reservation. A deposit of $1,000 will hold your place, and it is refundable at any time, for any reason.

We are open to those who want a unit as a second home or even as a rental property until they move here. Our county was rated the best place in the country and the fourth best place in the world to retire, and it’s getting better. We want people to come here because of the will of God, but it seems that the will of God is to make it one of the best places in the world. We want Heritage Towers to be the crown jewel of the region. Experts who evaluated our business plan said that it was the best they had ever seen, and we’re trying to make it even better. Our goal for doing this is to honor our fathers and mothers, and we’re going to do the best we can with it.

CSCL: Best in the Nation?

CSCL stands for Comenius School for Creative Leadership, and our goal is to make it the best K-12 school possible. As I shared before, our Lieutenant Governor asked to speak to our church, and he said that we had raised up the best school in four states. In test scores, we knew we had surpassed all schools, both public and private in North and South Carolina, but then we discovered that our fifth and sixth graders had tested the highest in the nation. That’s great, and we can and will do much better, but our main goal is to build up character and leadership, not just academics. As some of our first CSCL graduates have now finished college and are moving into their life’s purposes, we can see the real fruit taking shape. I think we do have a remarkably successful program. However, when the residents at Heritage Towers come, I think many will become CSCL teachers and mentors for our students, which will take us to warp speed with what can be accomplished.

Some living in Heritage Towers may also become teachers at MSU, the church here, and at our other churches and missions. We think many new ministries and missions will be born there also. One of our primary missions is to equip the emerging generation to help build the highway for God, which is spoken of in Isaiah 40. This includes preaching the gospel of the kingdom throughout the world.

Of course, we would like to have had this completed already, as all of this has been a part of our basic vision on which we started the ministry more than twenty years ago. However, there is visible, constant progress that we can see. We are moving forward so resolutely that we don’t look back often, but when we do, we are amazed. We can honestly say that the prophetic words and visions that have been given to us have been, or are being, fulfilled. I don’t think we have seen a single word of the Lord for our ministry fall to the ground. However, there is much yet to do! We are just beginning—we’ve just left the launch pad!

Healing and Deliverance Conference

The Healing and Deliverance Conference went to another level. You may be tired of hearing me say that, but if you were there, you know it is true. I thought Bill Johnson was the best I had ever seen him, and Kim Daniels wowed everyone. As always, the most important thing was the way that the Lord was there. Not only was there a lot of healing and deliverance taking place, but many left with greater faith for healing and deliverance, and will be walking in greater authority in those areas.

Our goal for each of our conferences is not to just have a better conference, but for each to take us to higher levels of authority in healing and deliverance. It’s not just what happens at the conference that counts, but what happens months or years afterward in the lives of those who attended. We have conferences to help stoke the fires of the whole body of Christ to pursue the Lord and His purposes with greater focus and zeal, which is being accomplished.

Even though we have conferences to serve the rest of the body, we are probably the greatest beneficiary of them. They help keep a momentum going in our local churches that may be unique in some ways. After the extraordinary intensity of the outpouring in Lakeland and at our own Breakout meetings last year, and then the messy way that the Lakeland event ended, many could not help but to wonder if there would be a loss of momentum in the church. For us, the answer is definitely not—there does not seem to be any momentum lost, and in other places that I know about, they do not seem to be missing a step either. Of course, the disappointment at the way Lakeland ended did knock some off stride.

Many Christian leaders have had public falls, and this has no doubt hurt the faith of many. However, it should never hurt the faith of a Christian. The encouraging thing that has resulted from Todd’s problems has been seeing so many Christians dealing with them without losing their own stride in the Lord. This is evidence that we are learning not to put our trust in men, but in the Lord. This kind of thing is prophesied in Daniel 11:32-35 in relation to the time of the antichrist:

“By smooth words he will turn to godlessness those who act wickedly toward the covenant, but the people who know their God will display strength and take action.

“Those who have insight among the people will give understanding to the many; yet they will fall by sword and by flame, by captivity and by plun-der, for many days.

“Now when they fall they will be granted a little help, and many will join with them in hypocrisy.

“Some of those who have insight will fall, in order to refine, purge and make them pure until the end time; because it is still to come at the appointed time.”

Page 4: May 2009 Dear Friends, We often say, “We may die of a lot of ......May 2009 Dear Friends, We often say, “We may die of a lot of things, but boredom will not be one of them.”

4

The first point in this Scripture is that “the people who know their God will

display strength and take action.” There is no place for passivity in the kingdom! Are we doing this? Those who know God will be action-oriented, not fearing the antichrist or anyone else in their pursuit of doing the will of the Lord.

We are told that many who have insight and are giving insight to others will be killed and plundered. That will be a second test. Why would the Lord allow some-thing like that? In Christ, the death of a faithful one is more powerful than a life that compromises. There are a number of other reasons for this too, but for the point here, it is because He loves us and does not want us to be overly dependent on anyone but Him.

The third major test will concern the people who “join with them in hypocrisy.”

I don’t think these are plants from the enemy. The ones the Lord called hypocrites were those who were self-righteous and those who taught what they did not do themselves. Throughout the Scriptures, we see those who wanted to be identified with the faithful for various reasons, but compromised in their own walks. These almost constant tests are in every work of God, just as we see in the Book of Acts. There is an important reason why the Lord allowed tares to be sown among His wheat—learning to deal with the tares is part of the curriculum for our “training for reigning.”

Last, there are those who have insight and are falling in order to refine and purge the rest. Few things purify the church more than leaders who fall. The strength of the first-century church was that it began that way, with all of the apostles having scattered from the Lord, denying and betraying Him, yet the Lord still left them in charge and used them to begin and build His church. Even so, the people must have been challenged by realizing how weak their leaders had been when the Lord was crucified.

Divorce and Remarriage

Taking the responsibility to help restore Todd has been a challenge in some very basic ways—all of which I am confident will help to strengthen us and pos-sibly the whole church. His situation touches some of the deepest wounds in the church today, and it is understandable that it should stir so much controversy. Our leadership team has not, to date, had to deal with many of these issues, and not much has surfaced in our congregations either. Neither divorce nor remarriage was something on our radar screen, but it may be the single most devastating and destructive problem in the church today. There is a huge amount of confusion about it in the church, which must be addressed by shining light into the darkness.

Page 5: May 2009 Dear Friends, We often say, “We may die of a lot of ......May 2009 Dear Friends, We often say, “We may die of a lot of things, but boredom will not be one of them.”

5

When I was at our congregation in Winston-Salem recently, a brother asked why there is so much confusion in the body of Christ on this issue—that there are so many teachings on the subject, but they all seem to conflict with each other, and yet all claim to be biblical. As you can imagine, I have been flooded with teachings and books on the subject since taking responsibility for Todd’s restoration. I have tried to read them with openness, but the confusion and contradictions are hard to ignore. This does not discourage me but has given me even more resolve to find sound, biblical truth on the issue. Divorce may be the single biggest wound in the body of Christ at this time, and this must be addressed and healed. We need to see those healed who have suffered a divorce. We also need to help establish strong marriages so the church will not continue to suffer from this plague.

There is a huge worldwide interest in Todd and his restoration. We also have been inundated with requests for news of how he is doing and what we are doing to restore him. Todd does not feel that he can express himself well in writing, so we decided to do short videos each week as a news update on his restoration. The response to them was far greater than we anticipated. I think our website has become more active than it has since 9/11, when we were getting over a million hits a day. We’re not getting that much yet, but this has caused a huge increase of hits on our website. The videos are being copied and sent all over the world through our website, Youtube, and Facebook. They are virtually going everywhere.

To date, the feedback I’ve received has been overwhelmingly positive, but there is also a lot of negative feedback as well. It is all good in a most important way—it is encouraging that so many in the church are responding with such grace and patience, maybe questioning some things, but willing to reserve judgment until the fruit is seen. The first thing that I was told by the Lord about Todd’s situation, even before I was involved in it, was that the Lord was going to use it to expose those who rush to judgment. He said that such were not qualified to be leaders in His church. Rushing to judgment is one description of a fool in the Book of Prov-erbs. From this point on, we want to see the foolish fade away and the wise rise to the leadership of His church.

Think about the foolishness of passing judgment on the whole process because of a ten-minute video, where we cannot explain even a tiny fraction of what we’re doing. A number of people responded that they did not think Todd’s repentance was sincere, which I don’t know how anyone could determine something like that even after many hours, much less a ten-minute video. When the light goes on the camera and it is recording, you have to fight to be real about anything. We’re not doing this so people can sense whether Todd is sincere or not, but purely for instructional purposes. After a time, we will be able to answer many questions, but the impatient are foolish, and their prejudgment is meant to expose them. These videos are doing a good job at what I was told by the Lord was a basic purpose in this situation.

Page 6: May 2009 Dear Friends, We often say, “We may die of a lot of ......May 2009 Dear Friends, We often say, “We may die of a lot of things, but boredom will not be one of them.”

6

However, many of the negative responses we have received from these videos bring up legitimate issues that need to be addressed, so I do not disregard them. However, I do discount those who rush ahead to conclusions, many of which could not be more wrong. This will be seen in time. We’re starting to get apologies from some who ran ahead to judgment, and I think they also need to be restored to full trust, because this is all about restoration.

Without question, some of the negative responses have been full of bitterness and poison, but that is a revelation too. These types of responses come from wounds that have not been healed. By reading the stories of some who have suffered because of divorce, you cannot help but to sympathize with them and to even grieve with them. This is a terrible wound in the church, and it must be healed. However, that is not an excuse for unforgiveness, which is the root of bitterness. We are told that bitterness will defile many (see Hebrews 12:15).These are unhealed wounds that must be healed.

If a wound is closed without cleaning it first, it will likely become infected. If the area around an infected wound is touched, a strong reaction will occur because of the pain. This is what we have done with the videos of Todd’s restoration process—we’ve started touching some very sensitive areas. Some of the reactions are not biblical, and they are not even rational, which shows the level of infection. This is a most serious issue.

As we proceed with these videos, we are not only going to touch these areas, but I think we will actually open the wound again. This has to be done to get the infection out—to cleanse the wound and then close it again so it can be healed. I do expect these videos to continue to be controversial for some time, and I do consider that a good thing. For it to be so controversial at least means that people care, and that, too, is good. I really don’t mind the misun-derstanding and accusations if it results in the ultimate healing of this terrible wound in the body.

I often look at the accusations made against me to see if there is any truth in them—sometimes your enemies will tell you things which are true that your friends will not tell you. Accusations are different from questions or even challenges, which I think are legitimate about something that is this important. However, accusations usually assume evil intent and are always from the devil, who is called “the accuser of our brethren” (see Revelation 12:12). I simply do not pay attention to those who are coming from an obviously foul spirit. The Lord was constantly accused, and all who follow Him will deal with the same. I would be far more concerned if we were not stirring up the self-righteous and the ones Jude called “faultfinders” (see Jude 16).

To date, I can say that the accusations over this are not true, and most of the assumptions are presumptions and premature judgments. We are just beginning the real process with Todd, and as time unfolds, I’m sure many who are assuming things now will change their minds. We are not going to gloss over anything, and the last thing we want to see imparted by this process is a cavalier or casual attitude about divorce.

Page 7: May 2009 Dear Friends, We often say, “We may die of a lot of ......May 2009 Dear Friends, We often say, “We may die of a lot of things, but boredom will not be one of them.”

7

The Word is clear that God hates divorce. How can a true servant and lover of God do something that God hates? That alone should stop our minds from going down the road of thinking that divorce is an option. There can be no restoration until this is faced—how could we do that which we know God hates? However, there are some biblical reasons for divorce, but if the divorce is not for one of these reasons, we have a serious matter at the core. We have been bought with a price. We are not our own, and we are here to do God’s will. So how can we do something we know He hates without a sound, biblical reason for it?

Now let’s say that a person divorces for the most frivolous, selfish reasons—according to Galatians 6:1, it is still my duty to restore one who is caught in “any trespass.” I am committed to the belief that if we have not committed the one unpardonable sin, then there is nothing beyond the power of the cross to fully redeem and restore. However, the more callously or casually a person sins, the deeper the work will have to be done to bring him back. If this is compromised, then he is probably not restored and is set up for another fall later. Compromis-ing the biblical standards of morality and integrity can never be on the table. Any compromise will only weaken, not strengthen them.

We are receiving some accusations from people who say I’m just whitewash-ing Todd’s problems and sin, but they have not even seen the process, because we have not presented it yet. Such prejudgment is also revealing a very deep foolishness that this is meant to expose.

The second is the issue of keeping our vows. The Scriptures are clear that to not keep our vows is no small thing, but in fact it releases a curse upon us. Doesn’t our word mean anything? A basic characteristic of God that we trust in is that His Word is true, and we can trust Him to keep His Word. If we are going to be His representatives, keeping our word has to be a fundamental characteristic of who we are as well.

The third is the command to love one another. What about the devasta-tion to the spouse, the children, as well as other family and friends? A divorce is never just between two people, and it will hurt many people. Is our need to get out of a hard relationship, or our desire for another, more important than this basic commandment to love each other? The commandment is not to just love each other when it is easy, but it is even more important to do so when it gets hard. To forego this basic commandment for our own desires is a revelation of a basic and serious character problem and sin in our lives.

The next main issue is whether our flesh is ruling over our spirit—a matter which the Word is clear will lead to death, not life. This is serious for everyone, but it is even more so for those in leadership. We are told in James 3:1 that teachers will “incur a stricter judgment.” If we are going to presume to teach God’s own children, we must live by higher standards.

Many teach that there is no distinction between the clergy and laity, but actually there is no such thing as clergy and laity in the Scriptures. However, there is a clear distinction between believers who are in leadership positions and those who are not. Those in leadership are required to live by a much higher standard.

Page 8: May 2009 Dear Friends, We often say, “We may die of a lot of ......May 2009 Dear Friends, We often say, “We may die of a lot of things, but boredom will not be one of them.”

8

These are some of the basic issues I have to find answers for in any restoration process, and these are some that I’m addressing with Todd. There are more. I do not intend to gloss over or compromise any of these issues. However, even if Todd failed at every one of these, the Scripture is clear that he can still be restored. I am fundamentally committed to the belief that the grace, mercy, and power of the cross is enough to redeem, reconcile, and restore us from even our worst failures and sins if we repent of them. Repentance is not just feeling sorry, but it is turning to the Lord and away from our sins.

Again, if there is to be true restoration, there cannot be any compromise of the biblical standards of morality and integrity. One thing is even more important—a basic and unwavering devotion to our first love.

Todd’s response to my challenges with the above issues has been, “Guilty. I’ve failed.” His remorse has not only been sincere, but so deep for so long that he has barely escaped a deep pit of despair and hopelessness over how he hurt so many people. My first job was to impart hope and vision to him, to help him see the love, mercy, and forgiveness of God, and to wait for him to be restored to his first love, God, before confronting him with much more. The hate mail he receives from so many Christians has kept him very much in touch with his failures and sin—but I don’t think true restoration can come without first knowing how deep the love of God is. The Lord said that those who are forgiven much will love much (see Luke 7:47), and I think Todd could emerge as one of the greatest lovers of God.

I have pondered how the apostles stood as the leaders of the church on the Day of Pentecost, and in some ways this was a demonstration of how the Lord will use even the most frail human beings for His work and even His leadership. They had just deserted Him when He needed them the most, even denying repeatedly that they knew Him—except for one—John, the apostle of love, who risked all to be with Jesus at the foot of the cross. He never deserted Him. Only love will never quit.

Those weak, frail apostles, even those who had denied the Lord, did not remain weak, but became some of the most courageous and faithful souls to ever walk the earth. I think the Lord’s unwavering love for them, and His willingness to forgive and restore them, had much to do with this transformation. That is one reason why I am so committed to trying to fulfill Galatians 6:1, that if “a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourselves lest you too be tempted” (NKJV).

My first reason for helping with Todd’s restoration is because this is a call and mandate from the Lord. My next motive is believing that those who are forgiven much will love much, and the ones who have had some of the greatest failures can become the strongest and greatest of all. Todd has not even begun to do all that

Page 9: May 2009 Dear Friends, We often say, “We may die of a lot of ......May 2009 Dear Friends, We often say, “We may die of a lot of things, but boredom will not be one of them.”

9

he’s called to do, but the next time he steps on to any platform, of any size, the platform of his own life must be the strongest possible. For that reason, I will not compromise any of the issues listed above, but will vigorously challenge Todd or anyone else who wants to be restored.

Even so, as stated, the first thing that has to be restored with Todd is his first love to God, and the devotion to please Him in all things because of his love for Him. I have come to believe that every fall ultimately begins with losing the most important calling—to love God above all things, including ourselves. Only then will we love each other as we are supposed to—only love can really fulfill the law. That is why most of my counsel to Todd has revolved in him just resting in the Lord and growing in his love for God. Todd is reconnecting and realizing even more where he got off track, and as he does, he knows he cannot allow that to happen again.

There are circumstances around Todd’s situation, which I think if were known, people would have more understanding. Some of these things will likely never be known publicly. I appreciate and concur with Todd, who is resolved to take all of the blame for what happened and not to blame anyone else. He did transgress, and I am glad he is resolved not to blame anyone else for his sin. If it makes him look worse, then that is just more that the body of Christ will have to overcome to restore their trust in Todd. This can be a good thing, and will call him to even higher standards.

I have confidence that Todd will be able to do this. I think he is as sincerely repentant as one could expect at this point. That does not mean his repentance is perfect. Which one of us ever repented perfectly for anything? Those who think they have are deluded and are likely in the grip of the worst deception of all—self-righteousness. We can instantly feel sorry for something, but true repentance is almost always a process that takes time as the Word and ways of God become more clear to us, and we’re given a greater understanding of where and how we fell. Understanding how we fell is important, and then we must have our minds renewed so we don’t go that way again.

Even though the responses to the videos have been mostly positive, I don’t think a popularity contest is how we will get to truth, so I am not overly excited about how well they’re being received. I would not be overly discouraged if they were not being well-received. What does encourage me has been the level of maturity and grace that most now seem to be walking in. I don’t think someone is necessarily wise to agree with everything, but some of the greatest maturity and wisdom is not being premature in forming conclusions. Though there is also a lot of immaturity and foolishness being exposed by Todd’s situation, I am encouraged that there is so much maturity and wisdom in the body of Christ.

Also, many of the critics complain about Todd abandoning his former wife and children. They don’t know what they’re talking about, and Todd’s former wife has asked that she and the kids be kept out of this, and we will honor that.

Page 10: May 2009 Dear Friends, We often say, “We may die of a lot of ......May 2009 Dear Friends, We often say, “We may die of a lot of things, but boredom will not be one of them.”

The Greatest Encouragement

What has touched me more than anything else and has made this seem well worth it, regardless of the persecution or attacks, has been hearing from so many who have suffered through a divorce, and because of it, were convinced that they could never be useful to God again. After seeing these videos, they have been given hope that maybe they can be restored and even be useful to God again. It is a lie from the deepest pit of hell that you are beyond the reach of the cross or the grace and mercy of God. This is the same, evil religious spirit that resisted Jesus when He walked the earth, and it will always try to deprive the children of their inheri-tance. The cross is enough, and regardless of how you have sinned and failed, it is enough to get you back—all the way back!

The fact that we are willing to work toward Todd’s restoration, whose failures were so messy and public, has only given those who are divorced even more hope. Regardless of how badly they failed, the grace of God can be extended to them as well. One letter or email from someone like this easily cancels out any number of critical or accusing ones and makes this well worth it. These are God’s kids who have been alienated, and in some cases, cut off from His body. I know He feels for them even more deeply than I do.

For this reason, I have made it public that we will welcome all those who have been divorced into our churches, regardless of their own failures or sins. You are not beyond the grace of God! I see no limit to how they can be used by God if there has been true repentance and restoration for their sins and failures. I will fight for this with as much resolve as God allows me.

Though I do appreciate the sincere challenges, sincere questions, and sincere criticism, and because I surely would not presume to be doing this perfectly, I will vigorously challenge the self-righteous—those who seek to impose legalism or who come with false accusations, just as I believe the Lord Jesus gave us a good example. The Lord had much mercy for sinners, but He had none for the self-righteous. I will call those who spew such poison what it is for their sakes, but even if it only provokes them as it often does, it has to be done for the sake of the immature or undiscerning so that they are not slimed by it. Those of that spirit were the most deadly enemies of the Lord when He walked the earth, and they have been for all who have followed in His ways.

Presently, I believe the evil, religious spirit has more influence overall in the church than the Holy Spirit does, and many mistake the two, so I am very happy for every chance to confront it and hopefully expose it. Legalism is not the answer to lawlessness, but only leads to the even more deadly trap of self-righteousness. I would not be surprised if this situation with Todd results in even more of a battle with these enemies.

Summit at Heritage

On April 30 – May 2, we will be hosting a gathering of several hundred Chris-tian leaders which may be the most important we have ever hosted. It will be to formulate a clear action plan for addressing the major crises of our times, including the spiritual, moral, economic, political, media, and environmental.

This will not be a preaching contest, but a very practical meeting to understand what is happening and to develop a clear action plan for doing something about it as the light and salt we are called to be in this world. This could truly be a historic gathering, and it is drawing some of the most influential leaders of our times in the church, government, and business.

The report of these meetings will probably go throughout the church, but I will also share my perspective of them in my next newsletter. Please be in prayer for us during this time. I don’t think it has ever been more important in my lifetime for the church to hear a clear trumpet call and to know how to be prepared and able to respond to the great issues of our times.

Last month, General Jerry Boykin and I went to Washington to meet with a group of conservative congressmen hosted by Congressman Louie Gohmert from Texas, and I think it was a very fruitful time. Many begged us to come back and do it again, even monthly, if we could. We are considering it. In many ways, they are on the frontline of some of the most important battles for morality, integrity, and our freedoms. They really need our encouragement.

I was especially impressed with the authority being carried by the congress-women. They were not just leaders, but remarkable leaders. One of them, Michele Bachmann from Minnesota, has been on the news quite a bit lately challenging Treasury Secretary Timothy Geitner and Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke with great wisdom and power when they have come before her committee, even illuminating the deception concerning the Administration’s policy toward the one world currency, catching Geitner in an outright lie.

I also spent some time talking to Governor Sarah Palin on the phone, and I encouraged her to stay in the fight nationally, regardless of how the media continues to attack her. We cannot let the media do this to our people, and we cannot let the deception coming through the media in these times win. We are being lied to almost daily by our government in seemingly the most bold, callous ways as if they think we are too stupid to see it. Our media completely overlooks that deception and spends far more time talking about Sarah Palin’s children’s problems. This is a shocking perversion of the media’s public trust, and we should hold them responsible for this. It seems Joe Biden’s kids are having problems that are just as serious, and he is the Vice President, but the media won’t touch it. We cannot let our fallen and perverted media do what it is trying to do to Sarah Palin.

As an aside, in my opinion, Fox News is the only fair and balanced news. It is not

right wing, or even conservative, though it is far more conservative than the liberal

news because they have moved so far to the left. They are right in the middle, and

as independent studies have shown, they are fair.

I have invited Governor Palin to our Honoring the Mothers Conference in

May because she is one of the great hero mothers of our time and is deserving of

honor. The problems she has had with her children have only highlighted this, not

diminished it as the media would have us believe. I am personally shocked that all

of America is not appalled by the hypocrisy of the media with its coverage of Gov-

ernor Palin, and this has only given me even more resolve to encourage and stand

by her. She is as strong a Christian as we have in public office, and the media and

the Obama Administration would not be so devoted to continually trying to destroy

her if it were not for her calling. They are threatened by her, and they should be.

She is called to a high national office, and if she does not quit, she will be a major

force in the world for a long time.

Something is building around the Honoring the Mothers Conference which is

May 7 – May 9. I think it could be as important as the Honoring the Fathers Con-

ference, which many of our team thought was possibly the most important confer-

ence we have ever hosted. This conference is not only for mothers or women, but

also for men who need to be here just as much. There is an amazing anointing for

leadership coming on women, and they are not going to have to become men to

walk in it. We are going to see true men and true women emerge and counter the

spirit of perversion that is seeking to dominate and destroy our nation. True men

and true women will be the fathers and mothers they are called to be as well—the

highest calling we could possibly have. This is one conference I think you are going

to want to attend, if at all possible.

Again, I want to thank all of our true and faithful friends. We did lose some

partners because of my commitment to help restore Todd, but at last count, four

have joined with us for every one who was lost. Regardless, I am resolved to do

what I feel is the Lord’s call, but your faithful friendship does help a lot. I am

honored to be a co-laborer with you.

As I do each month, I pray that you will see the fulfillment of II Corinthians

9:6-13 and be an example of one who has sown generously:

Now this I say, he who sows sparingly shall also reap sparingly;

and he who sows bountifully shall also reap bountifully.

Let each one do just as he has purposed in his heart; not grudgingly or

under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver.

And God is able to make all grace abound to you, that always having all

sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed;

as it is written,

“HE SCATTERED ABROAD,

HE GAVE TO THE POOR,

HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS ABIDES FOREVER.”

Now He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food, will supply

and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righ-

teousness;

you will be enriched in everything for all liberality, which through us is

producing thanksgiving to God.

For the ministry of this service is not only fully supplying the needs of

the saints, but is also overflowing through many thanksgivings to God.

In His Service,

Rick Joyner
