8. Monroney Middle School STEM to attend the Northrop Grumman Foundation Space Camp/Space Academy for Educators in Huntsville, AL, on July 7-13, 2018. Expenses to be paid by personal funds, donations and by a scholarship through Northrup Grumman.
9. Midwest City High School FCCLA student and Ms. Arbuckle, teacher chaperone, to attend the FCCLA National Leadership Conference and compete at the National STAR Event competitions in Atlanta,GA, on June 27-July 3, 2018. 10. Michael Rowley, Midwest City High School FCCLA sponsor, to attend the FCCLA National Leadership Conference and the National STAR Event competitions in Atlanta,GA, on June 27-July 3, 2018. 11. Meagan Bryant, Administration; Heather Sparks, Del Crest Middle School; Kara Willis, Epperly Heights; and Meghan Loyd, Midwest City High School, to attend the 2018 Spring Trauma Informed School Conference in St. Charles, MO, on June 18 17-20, 2018. Expenses to be paid by Title I, Project Code 511. This was Board approved on April 9, 2018. We would like to send Erin Harry, Administration, in place of Kara Willis, Epperly Heights. Kara Willis will not returning to Mid-Del for the 2018-19 school year. In addition, Michelle Lawrence, Del City High School, and Brandi Skokowski, Midwest City Elementary, will also be attending. The dates for travel should be June 17-20, 2018.

16. Carl Albert High School baseball team to compete in the State Baseball Tournament in Broken Arrow, OK, on May 10-12, 2018. Expenses to be paid by School Activity funds, Project Code 862-Baseball and Carl Albert Homerun Club. Confirmation
E. Vote to approve the following renewal contracts/agreements for FY 2018-2019:
1. Renewal of Head Start Contract with Community Action Agency of Oklahoma/Canadian Counties, Inc. for FY 2018-2019 to provide the Head Start Program at Steed Elementary. The contract includes all utility cost charges.
2. Renewal of contract with Kinder Castle for FY 2018-2019. 3. Renewal of contract for Waste Management of Oklahoma, Inc. for six
school sites outside the city limits of Del City and Midwest City for 2018-2019. The total annual contract cost per month is $2,047.65 for a total annual cost of $24,571.80 to be paid from Building Fund 21 and/or District General Fund 11.
4. Second year of a three-year agreement between Mid-Del Schools and FNB Community Bank of Midwest City to continue the teller machine on the southeast corner of the Carl Albert High School field house parking lot.
5. Renewal contract for Apex Learning for the District to utilize this online instruction tool for online remediation, credit recovery and dropout prevention/recovery. Total cost is $37,500.00 to be paid from Fund 11, Project Code 333.
6. The software maintenance and support for the Mid-Del Media Centers utilizing Follett Destiny as their online catalog and inventory control system for 2018-2019. The total cost for Library Automation Support is $17,426.88 to be paid from Fund 11, Project Code 000.
7. Renewal of Workers’ Compensation Service Agreement with Chandler Risk Management for FY 2018-2019.
8. Renewal of Oklahoma Public Schools Unemployment Compensation Trust Account (OPSUCA) Service Agreement for FY18. Cost would be $12,114.00 based on the point in time for the employee count and the cost would be paid from various funds. This is a increase of $1,031.50 over FY18 due to the per employee rate increasing from $5.50 to $6.00.
9. Renewal agreement with Latchkey Child Services, Inc. for the 2018-2019 school year.

10. Renewal of Gas Supply Agreement with Exelon Corporation dba Constellation as a third party natural gas provider used at various sites throughout the Mid-Del School District for FY 2018-2019. The terms and conditions of this contract are the same as FY2017-2018. Transaction Confirmation Deal No. 525193. Expenditures are to be paid from General Fund 11 and/or Building Fund 21 and MDTC Fund 23.
11. Service contract with Kone, Inc. for the FY 2018-2019 service proposal agreement for district-wide elevator and wheel chair lift testing, inspecting, monitoring and maintenance services at various sites. The monthly cost of the contract is $2,710.00. The total contract annual cost will be $32,520.00, reflecting no change from last year. This agreement is to be provided under the U.S. Communities Cooperative Supply Services Contract #201414653. Expenditure is to be paid from the Maintenance Department Building Fund 21, Project Code 052.
12. Renewal of MUNIS and VersaTrans software, licenses and support contracts for FY 2018-2019 with Tyler Technologies, Inc. Total cost for the renewal will be $103,494.58 with $91,267.00 for MUNIS and $12,227.58 for VersaTrans to be paid from Fund 11, Project Code 000.
13. Contract between Supplemental Health Care Workforce Solutions and Mid-Del Schools for contracted Speech Language Pathology providers, nursing services, Occupational and Physical Therapy providers for the 2018-2019 school year. Services will be provided on an hourly basis. The agreement is for increments up to $50,000.00 with the maximum contract not exceeding $150,000.00 to be paid from Special Services Flow-Through Fund, Project Code 621; Impact Aid, Project Code 592; and General Fund, Project Code 000.
14. Renewal of software support services with Severin Intermediate Holdings LLC formerly known as PowerSchool Group LLC for the PowerSchool software program for FY 19. The total cost of $74,136.40 is to be paid from Fund 11, Project Code 000. This cost represents an increase of $2,138.55 due to the per pupil cost increasing from $5.05 per student to $5.20 per student. Severin Intermediate Holdings LLC is a sole source vendor for support of this program.
15. Renewal purchase of Thrillshare™ and Thrillshare™ Mobile for 2018-2019 which includes Website and Mobile App System from Apptegy, a sole source provider. Total cost is $20,372.00 to be paid by Fund 11, Project Code 000.
16. Renewal of the VMWare Server Software for FY 2018-2019 with ISG Technology, LLC. This software allows for the virtualization of our data center servers and to maximize the efficiency of our server hardware. Total cost is $15,636.00 to be paid from Fund 11, Project Code 000.
17. Renewal of the contract with the State of Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) and Mid-Del Schools for the 2018-2019 school year School–to-Work transition program that allows qualifying Mid-Del students to be paid while receiving On-the-Job training.
18. Renewal of the online subscription to MasteryConnect. This is a three-year renewable contract with non-appropriation language for our protection in

the event that allocations prohibit the purchase. The total cost for the first year of this renewal of the MasteryConnect contract is $32,500.00 for the student subscriptions paid from General Fund, Project Code 000. The first year cost for MasteryConnect web-based professional development for all secondary teachers and administrators is $3,000.00 to be paid from FY19, Title IIA, Project Code 541.
