Mr. Hauser
Thank You For the Music On Monday, May 7, Wawanesa School celebrated Music Monday. Students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 performed vocal solos, duets and instrumental pieces. We heard bongos, pianos, flutes, beautiful singing voices, and even a few parents who performed with their kids. Music Monday is celebrated throughout Canada on the first Monday of May. It is a wonderful way to see all the amazing musical talent that is going on in our schools and communities. Thank you for the music everyone!

Jacquot French Concert On Wednesday, May 9th the Grades 4 and 5 students traveled to Deloraine to enjoy a French musical concert performed by Jacquot, who is from Montreal. Jacquot is one of Canada's favorite French recording artists for children and it was exciting that our students had a chance to see him in person. Jacquot has a knack for writing songs that children love to sing. His concert was very entertaining and the students participated enthusiastically, singing and performing the actions to his songs.
