MaxSealCoat™ 2600 is a tacky, putty-likematerial that can be used to repair hot face modulelinings for temperatures that exceed 2400°F.This product can be applied into refractory jointsand cracks as a seal or for hot spot repair.MaxSealCoat™ 2600 can also be used in applications with high velocity or mechanical abuse.The product can be pumped onto the surface orapplied with a trowel. After drying, the product willharden on the surface of the fiber with low shrinkage.

MaxMoldable™ is a multipurpose productmanufactured from a blend of alumina-silica fibersand binders. Moldable is a tacky, putty-like materialthat adheres to ceramic wools and refractorymaterial.

MaxMoldable™ is used to prevent heatloss caused by the deterioration of existing linings.MaxMoldable™ can also be used to fill cracks or as a seal.This product can be installed by using a trowel or acaulking gun.

MaxModuleCoat™ is a product that can be used torepair furnace linings using modules or blanket.This is a tacky-putty like material that can be usedin temperatures up to 2450°F with very lowshrinkage (1.2 %). This product is ideal for fillingshrinkage cracks for modules or to patch blanketlinings. The product can be applied to furnace liningwith a hand trowel or with a pneumatic pump.
