THE PROCESS WE HAVE IN PREPARING YOUR BATHROOM!

Our clients experience during the installation is extremely important to us. Our installers will always aim to complete every project with the least amount of disruption and inconvenience possible. Whilst it is inevitable that a small amount of dust may be created during some works everything will be done to keep this to an absolute minimum. On completion of the works all waste will be removed from the property and the area thoroughly cleaned.

!Before commencing work our installers will protect all floors using contractors sticky back carpet or hard wood protection roll and / or impact protection boards as appropriate throughout the route from the room or rooms where the works are to take place to the entrance of the property. This will also include common parts as appropriate in properties with shared or communal access.

OUR GUARANTEEOur Guarantee

All installations carry a fully comprehensive 12 month guarantee against defect or fault. The guarantee is effective from the date of completion and covers all parts and labour. In the unlikely event that you require service under the guarantee you simply need to contact us with the issue details. As you might reasonably expect our guarantee is limited to 'fair wear and tear' and will not cover deliberate damage or misuse.

OUR INSTALLERSOur installers are passionate. Genuine, hardworking people who take great pride in their work and in delighting our clients. They will do everything they can to ensure that your new bathroom is completed on time and to our very high standards.

!Many plumbers and bathroom fitters will tell you they can tile and they can. However there is tiling and there is tiling, it is a real artisan skill and requires many years of practice to hone and perfect in order to achieve a really high quality professional finish.

!Tiling a flat wall is relatively easy but working with uneven surfaces, difficult cuts and working with specialist materials such as natural stone or mosaics requires experience that in our experience very few possess.

PROJECT MANAGED INSTALLATION SERVICE!Good organisation and project management is the key to a smooth running, on time installation. Your project will be allocated a project manager who will be your sole point of contact throughout the installation process. They will be on hand whenever you have a query or question about the project. They are personally responsible for the completion of the project to our own very high standards and to ensure your complete satisfaction.

YOUR FIXED PRICE QUOTATION

Its simple, the price we quote is the price you pay. The building trade are notorious for deliberately under- estimating a project in order to win the business and then once work begins all these things you hadnt considered start to mount up. Often the final cost will end up far in excess of even the highest price you had received. We dont think this is fair and not the way to grow a successful business.

!There really are no surprises with us, your quotation includes labor costs for everything you need to complete the project including materials other than your bathroom suite or tiles. We include those little things that are often overlooked such as fitting new lights and a fan and taking away all the rubbish and decorating.

!So whats not included? Your Bathroom Suite, Tiles and VAT and thats it!

A 25% deposit to confirm project, 25% on start date, 25% on 7th day after start date & balance on completion

NEXT STEPSOnce youve had a chance to consider your quotation, get back to us with any questions or amendments. We will confirm any changes with you by email. Once you are happy with everything and indicate that you wish to proceed we will forward our invoice for the deposit.

!Once your deposit has been received we will allocate you a build date and arrange for your tile samples to be delivered and help you select your bathroom suite.

!Our usual lead time for works to commence is around 6 - 8 weeks. The build date is the anticipated start date but is subject to change slightly as some projects will finish early or occasionally over run slightly. Your installer will contact you nearer the time to arrange the survey and will then keep you informed of progress as his previous project nears completion.

! All drawings are provided for illustrative purposes only, please check carefully to ensure that the description of works and materials as described in the Quotation &

Schedule of Works (the contract) above accord with your wishes and understanding of the scope of the project. Where there is any discrepancy the contents of the Quotation & Schedule of Works will prevail.

* All electrical works will be subject to Part P of the wiring regulations and assume your existing electrical installation currently meets the required standard for the anticipated works to be completed.

** The installation will be guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials (subject to conditions outlined below) for a period of one year from the date of our final invoice. Direct payment to installers for any work whether connected to the bathroom or not is strictly prohibited and will invalidate your guarantee. If there is anything that you are unhappy with let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

*** The Fixed Price Quotation refers to the total amount you will be charged for the bathroom tiles, suite and installation of the materials as described in order to complete the works as detailed above. The Quotation assumes that the fabric or structure of the building to be in good serviceable order i.e. that floor joist or boards are not rotten and that plaster boards or walls are in good condition and will remain intact once work begins. It also assumes that access to all areas as required will be possible. We will endeavour to conceal all pipework (with the exception of the soil pipe which can be boxed or painted as you prefer unless stated otherwise) as far as reasonably practicable. Where this is not possible we will discuss alternatives with you.

All payments are to be made by BACS (Bank Transfer unless previously agreed otherwise) and strictly in accordance with the Statement & Payment Terms schedule that will accompany your deposit invoice and should reach our account as cleared finds by the due date so as not to impede progress with the project. We reserve the right to halt work immediately in the event that any payment becomes overdue without prior agreement. Please advise us as soon as possible in the event of any problems so as not to delay progress of the project or incur additional charges as a result of being unable to continue work.

Unless stated otherwise above, your project will be allocated one waste collection per bathroom which is normally at the end of work to ensure that all waste is removed prior to completion of work. This will be adequate to remove all waste from your installation however should you wish to have more than one collection then we reserve the right to charge for this.

We will always inform you and agree before doing any additional work or adding any additional charges.
