A lead trainer for all maintenance apprentices at the Brühl facility, Sander has long worked to create multiple training paths so that apprentices can fully utilize the skills they learn on the job—whether they decide to pursue mechanical, electrical or mechatronic study paths—as well as continuous training paths that allow all employees to maintain and expand their skill set.
