The Mexican American Unity Council, Inc. purchased the building andwas renovated in 1976 for office space at a cost of $1.7 million dollars. Today, the building ishome to many non-profit agencies and community-oriented businesses. The MexicanAmerican Unity Council manages the building with all the care of a proud owner.
