Five Year Goals
1.To have three 2-19 Learning Communities.2.All academies to be deemed as ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ within two years of joining WAT.3.To have human capacity to ensure a ‘self-improving’ system.4.To have effective operating structures in governance and finance.
Objectives
1. To develop three 2-19 Learning Communities within 45 min drive, providing excellent education for 2-19 year olds.
2. Build effective systems and structures (finance, governance, estates, IT, HR).
3. Develop the WAT brand and ethos through our five ‘plinths’.
