The MATHESON Microbulk System allows users to enjoy the benefits of on-site storage of Argon, Nitrogen and Oxygen without the need for cylinders, and without the expense or space requirement of large bulk containers.

With the MATHESON Microbulk System liquefied gases are delivered directly to a microbulk tank that remains at your facility. Argon, Nitrogen and Oxygen can then be piped efficiently from the microbulk tank directly to your process or house distribution system as a liquid, gas or gas mixture.

That is only the beginning. MATHESON offers a complete microbulk solution. System solutions include the appropriate high quality regulators, valving, and complete piping systems. To maximize efficiency, we can provide telemetry systems to monitor liquid levels continuously, and provide alerts when refills are needed. We deliver everything you need for a money-saving and safer gas management system.

Liquefied gases (LIN, LOX, & LAR) are delivered to the customer’s facility with the MATHESON cryogenic delivery truck. Key controls and components on the truck allow the driver to safely and quickly deliver the proper amount of liquid accurately into the microbulk storage vessel or small bank tanks.

When the microbulk storage vessel is installed indoors, an external wall box can be added for remote filling. This allows MATHESON to safely deliver the product without the driver entering the building in most applications.

Liquefied gases are stored at cryogenic temperatures in the vacuum-insulated microbulk vessel. Customized controls maintain the vessel at the proper delivery pressure and deliver gas or liquid on demand.

The electronic level gauge accurately monitors the cryogenic liquid level and is telemetry ready for remote monitoring or connection to customers monitoring system.

Telemetry system allows MATHESON to remotely monitor the liquid level in the microbulk tank to maximize delivery efficiency without the risk of product outages.

Gas or liquid can then be efficiently piped to each point of use. Portable vessels are also available, and can be positioned at point of use.
