Achievements in Leadership, Change Management and Coaching

Lead a team to independently assure an $800 million project with over 900 Full Time Employees (FTE’s). My team and I succeeded in leading changes to the way the organisation’s Leadership and Change Management Program team operated, greater visibility into planning and project deployment activities, as well as improved focus on the behavioural aspects of the organisation’s transformation.

Managing customer interactions across multiple communications channels making it easier for stakeholders and clients to do business with the organisation and making them feel that they are dealing with a single, unified organisation that recognises them at every touch point.

Designing and leading a 12-month Leadership development program to change the leadership culture around performance monitoring and accountability – focussing on fast tracking performance, high achievement strategies and coaching and development of top performers.

Conducting a full review of transformational change at leadership level including coaching processes to ensure alignment with the company values and engagement by staff at all levels.

June 2009 – Current Executive Director Performance Partnership

My company is commissioned by a wide range of organisations to conduct projects in: executive coaching, facilitation and training, generalist HR, change management, private and executive coaching, instructional design, L&D Management, project management, performance management, talent management, process interventions and business analysis for ROI. All roles involve working with stakeholders to champion and implement interventions that meet identified business needs. Performance Partnership has worked with over 60 companies.

June 2007– June 2009 Senior Manager Capgemini Consulting

I was the Senior Change Manager responsible for undertaking the People Leadership and Organisational Change Management aspects of Capgemini Projects. I worked with Capgemini clients as a consultant at the senior leadership level to identify areas for business improvements in relation to all aspects of HR, Organisational Development and Learning and Development. The emphasis of the work was on re-alignment of processes and systems to ensure business transformation and ongoing benefit realisation. This role developed my project management skills for large and complex projects.
