Philip Bowden Costs Lawyer and Senior Partner

Philip is a Senior Partner of the LLP and is head of the Commercial team. He acts for an extensive City based clientele and specialises in providing costs consultancy, advice and advocacy in all Courts including the Supreme Court and Privy Council and is regularly instructed as an expert in costs law. Philip specialises in costs disputes arising from media and commercial litigation and international arbitration and litigation, including in the EU, US and Caribbean.

Francis Kendall Costs Lawyer and Partner

Francis has extensive experience of all aspects of costs issues throughout the duration of proceedings, including costs budgeting and estimates. Francis acts for a variety of clients specialising in commercial work for City law firms and major accountancy practices. He also deals with IP and Reputation Management and regularly acts in high quantum commercial litigation.

Thomas Spanyol Costs Lawyer and Partner
