noted. Units which are proven to be defective during the
warranty period will be repaired or replaced, provided they
are returned to Sunburst Chemicals, Inc. No other warranty
is expressed or implied. Warranty does not cover equipment
abuse or misuse, nor does it cover consequential liability
resulting from performance of equipment.
