Quality Assurance Representative

Set in place the processes and procedures for inspecting and supervising the rebuild of T700-GE-401/401C turbo shaft engines by inspecting all assets to ensure that quality standards and engineering specifications are met and new concepts and designs are properly incorporated while also performing maintenance and procedural audits and inspections within each work center.

Inspected 103 engine systems in order to ensure all engineering specifications are met prior to being utilized in an aircraft or test cell by

utilizing cutting edge aviation inspection technology resulting in a zero defect product over a period of 1 year as the division Quality

Assurance Representative.

Successfully managed all logistical obstacles related to aviation maintenance by inspecting documentation records, signing off all reports,

ensuring complete part requisition and reporting engine performance resulting in an average production rate of 52 engines annually. Totaling

187.5 Million dollars in government assets over a span of 5 years.

Increased division productivity by training, recommending and certifying 7 individuals to receive inspection authority. This directly

resulted in over 300 maintenance actions being completed.

Maintenance Project Manager

Ensured efficient completion of maintenance projects by ensuring that priorities are set, followed, and accomplished for 5 different work centers and 35 personnel within the division by maintaining proper documentation and record management.

Expertly managed database of over 1,100 maintenance projects in a period of 7 months by accurately updating and tracking records

resulting in 100% accuracy on all record inspections.

Monitored all logistics related to over 620 aviation components, five work centers, and a division of 85 maintenance professionals by

performing requisition tracking, resulting in an efficient production cycle.

Produced an Output of over 527 assets by developing a resource management process which automated parts tracking and supply shortage

notifications.

Maintained communication between five squadrons, and seven supply chains in a combat environment by developing a chain of

communication outline which allowed all five squadrons to communicate without confusion while in a hostile combat environment.

Engine Test Operator

Reduced engine test failures by using expert knowledge and experience of the system to troubleshoot and resolve all issues while preventing additional maintenance and reducing final cost of product.

Increased first time pass rate from 78% to an unprecedented 90% by co-leading a Lean Six Sigma event focused on improving

maintenance by analyzing trends and leveraging that data towards improved processes.

Conducted 31 full performance engine tests in a span of 6 months resulting in over 10 million dollars’ worth of maintenance cost

reduction.

Ensured engines met all engineering specifications by utilizing various sensors to accurately calculate and monitor engine performance

and discrepancies resulting in zero defective products being issued.

Improved engineering and manufacturer standards by collecting over 3000 data points based on performance calculations and trend

analysis resulting in improved engine efficiency and performance.
