The Turnoutmasta is the culmination of over 30 years experience of making horse rugs. These rugs are designed to perform as good as they look. High end materials, innovative design and functional styling combine to deliver the best horse rug Masta has ever offered. Tested and proven, the Turnoutmasta is made from a high quality 600 denier polyester ripstop material, with a high grade waterproof and breathable PU coating and fully taped seams. The self-righting, S contoured shape features a forward positioned shoulder gusset for improved freedom and comfort. An extended overlap frontage, with buckle and clip combination fastening makes rugging-up simple and easy. The rear has been designed with six folded pleats for an exceptional fit. The extended tail flap features a central gusset to help avoid flapping. Fixed Neck and seperate Neck-Cover options feature a reinforced internal webbing to help avoid the neck portion falling back and have been designed with a contoured profile and central anti-rub lining to reduce rubbing. Four D-bars sewn into the neckline binding allow for easy and simple attachment of optional Neck-Covers. All Turnoutmasta horse rugs also feature removable rear leg straps, soft-feel polyester linings, high quality thermal insulating polyester wadding in 350g or 200g options for most styles. Aztex is a super tough 1000 denier fabric, developed and designed exclusively by Masta, this ultra strong fabric is made from polyester fibers woven into a unique pattern and coated with a high quality PU compound to ensure high levels of waterproofness and breathability. A high tensile strength and rip-stop characteristics means the Aztexs turnout fabric is suitable for all weather conditions and environments. All Aztex rugs feature exclusive tail-flap design which incorporates and extended gusset to help prevent the tail-flap blowing up in windy conditions but still allows movement when the tail is raised. Aztex rugs have also been developed with a higher neck-line to help reduce wither pressure and rubbing.
