Massage Therapy Conference and Massage Therapy Orthopedic Exam CEUs – Spine Series Spring 2016 Trident Technical College Main Campus North Charleston, SC

Learn more about orthopedic and tissue-testing in these continuing education courses for massage therapists which are spread over a two-day instructional period. Attendees are exposed to many common orthopedic examinations of the spinal region/soft tissues with the intention of understanding the outcomes, signs, symptoms and documentations associated with such testing. This allows massage therapists to better communicate with medical professionals (DC, DO, PT, MD, etc.) when co-managing and/or working with referral clients. Both courses are approved for granting 12 CEUs through the state of South Carolina.

Should I sign up for the spine series or the conference? The same training is offered during both the conference and the spine series. However, during the conference, you also get to attend a networking event and a catered lunch and learn. During the spine series, a one-hour lunch is on your own each day. Bring your own massage table (recommended but not required) and driver’s license (required at time of arrival for sign-in). Instructor: Greg Turpin DC, CNT, ART.
