Drawings Exhibitors are welcome to bring a door

prize item to be drawn after the show. Arrangements must be made with the

winner separate from the trade show. Mass-ALFA will not announce the

winners of individual exhibitor’s door prizes during the trade show.

Booth Dismantling Statistics show that you can obtain that good

prospect the last half hour of a show! This year’s trade show has been timed to

provide an additional 30 minute break additional 30 minute break following the afternoon keynotefollowing the afternoon keynote so that you have one last block of face-to-face time with attendees (from 3:00-3:30 PM).

Booth tear down must begin at 3:30 PM. All exhibit booths must be vacated by 5:00 PM.
