ingredients:

Mashed potatoes love the most

because it's cold slowly fried in butter .

Salads : eggs , onion, cucumber, sour

cream , you can put the meat and olives

, bread or ointments to eat like that.

Great pancakes perform ; potatoes

mixed with fried onions , a little sour

cream .

Blended with mashed potatoes : 1-2 eggs , chopped onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic ( chopped or grated) , the knife tip black ( ground ) pepper , nutmeg . All kneaded , if not hold together , add a tablespoon of flour, and it becomes smooth. Heat the oil on a saucepan . Make potato balls and boil in boiling oil . Fried balls are removed , put them on thepaper towels to drain off excess oil and sprinkle spring onions or dill . Eat with sour cream or mayonnaise.

Estimate the remaining amount of porridge

capacity is not exceeding 1 liter , then add

1 egg. Add some grated nutmeg , cut

small onions and 1 teaspoon potato

flour, black pepper . Add a teaspoon of oil

to potato mass. Take out the redundant

mesh , decked with absorbent paper . You

can eat it with everything that comes to

mind. (I liked it the best with pickled fungi ) .
