Locations and planned day of shoot On the streets of Northolt and it will be shot on the 18/01/14 at 4:00pm

What equipment will be taken? Who will be present? What props are required?

Camera,books,lockers,and any other spare props for the library scene eg. Shontres make up.

What are the potential hazards associated with the location?

There are no hazards associated with any of the locations listed above.

Is there water at the location (pond, swimming pool, waterfall)? How will this be planned for?

There is no water at any of the locations, and if it happens to rain; I will stop the shoot.

What are the risks associated with the general public? How will these be dealt with?

None of the scenes are shot outside of school so no precautions will need to be taken with the public.

How will the equipment be stored during the shoot?

I am responsible for each piece of equipment that is going to be used in the scene, so I will be carrying it on different locations with my responsibility.

How will the equipment be stored after the shoot/overnight?

In my cupboard.
