Maruti Ertiga LDI comes as entry level variant of diesel model!
Maruti Ertiga LDI is the entrylevel Maruti Eritga's dieselmodel. It is reported thatMaruti Ertiga launch in Indian ishappening on April 12th, 2012and the MPV (Multi PurposeVehicle) will be offered in bothpetrol and diesel models.Maruti India will offer sixvariants for Ertiga from featureswise such as three (LDI, VDI andZDI) in diesel and three (LXI, VXIand ZXI) in petrol model.

is expected to be known as fuel efficient MPV in the market and its basic model LDI is expectedto be priced at Rs. 7 lakh ex-showroom Delhi. Meanwhile, Maruti Ertiga price for all six variantswould fall in the range of Rs. 6.50 lakh to Rs. 9.50 lakh. Though, Maruti Ertiga LDI is the basicversion of Eritga for diesel model but it will come equipped with impressive comfort,convenience and safety features.
Maruti Ertiga LDI along withsuccessor variants such as VDIand ZDI will come packed withthe well known 1.3L, 1248cc,Variable Geometry Turbo (VGT),DDiS powerplant belting out maxpower of 89 bhp at 4000 rpmand sheer torque of 200 Nm at1750-2500 rpm. The speculatedMaruti Ertiga mileage for allthese diesel models in averagefigures is 19 kmpl in city and 22.9kmpl on highway.

All these features will also be availablein Maruti Ertiga LDI as standard while other variants will go for premium tweaks.
