Perception of PVCP customers of technology

• PVCP customers are sensitive to technology but it is not a primary reason to book

• Our guests are in the immense majority families and they do not look for VOD or PayTV

• Nevertheless it is necessary to offer more than the basics, because customersexpect to find in our apartments / villas more features than the one they have at home.
